Came into Wireless Wave to see about updating my cellular service and came out with a wonderful new plan, that not only increased my data amount...but also saved me over 20%.The staff as a whole were friendly and attentive and Alyssa (my sales rep) was very thorough in finding me the best possible deal she could get for me. My new plan on as explained to me in detail, leaving me with no questions or concerns once I left the store.A very positive experience and would most assuredly do business with them again.Well done...and thank you.

Had a great first experience working with Nada. She clearly explained our new plan and wrote down an estimate cost for multiple phones. We got a very nice credit for signing a new contract but after leaving the store it was all down hill. It has been over a year and we are still fighting with Wireless Wave and Rogers to get our bill back down to where it should be. I first contacted Nada a few months after signing the new contracts but then moved to Alyssa. We got the same story month after month that they were working on it and they had to go through the Rogers rep to make the changes. Now two months ago they made a change to our account and now it is more expensive then ever before. Wireless wave has given us a credit every time I call and tell them that nothing has changed but how long do I need to keep fighting. We are definitely not very happy with how this has all turned out. It should not take a year to make a correction to a cell phone account

I went to see Alyssa at tbooth and she got me the absolute best deal ever. She lowered my bill by $15 a month AND got me a free iPhone 13! From start to finish it was a great experience. She even helped me transfer everything over from my old phone!

I had an amazing experience with Nada! After a long shift at work, my phone dropped down a flight of stairs and completely broke. I had to run to the mall quickly at 6pm (mall closes at 7) and buy a new phone asap since I use it for work everyday. Nada was great at finding me the best phone with the best plan, and even set me up with a new case and screen protector. I will be recommending her to everyone! Friends and colleagues. I definitely feel like she had my best interest in mind 100%
