One of their best locations. Although in a mall, it is hidden so you can study there. The baristas are very creative with their design of latte.

In all honesty my purchase and my sister‘s purchase was a bit expensive for what it was, but the staff interaction that we had was very kind, calm, and concise. unfortunately we could not remember his name which was our fault however he was a Japanese staff and I really wanted to give some kudos to his customer service. We hadn’t been to Blenz in a while So we were taking our time with the menu and he was very patient and explaining some of the fan favourites and different alternatives to get. The interior was clean and nicely decorated with some holiday items. I had ordered the bacon and egg sandwich but it tasted pretty bland and dry in my opinion. I also ordered the turmeric latte which was fine. And my sister had ordered a cranberry mocha drink which she really liked. In general I do not know how quickly I have to go back to a blend however if I had to recommend a nice place to grab a coffee, sit down, and relax from shopping while having nice customer service I would come back to this location and it is located right across from Winners.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a croissant, and after biting into it it was clearly stale and crumbling. I requested if I could exchange the product due to my suspicion of it being an older product. Two staff members spoke to each other, when finally one says, “no, it’s not old” and refused my request. A waste of $5, but at least the gaslighting was free.

My favorite coffee shop. I love all their chocolate drinks but their dark chocolate ones are the best. I like to pair it with their famous chocolate hazelnut bignet. I just wish the rewards app is more worth collecting like points redemption is as easy as the other popular coffee shop chains.

The best iced coffee I’ve had in a long time. But my almond croissant was so old and dry I could barely choke it down. For 7 bucks they could at least have them fresh daily. Friendly service.

Its a small coffee shop too small for such a big mall . Its right inside the mall at the entrance of the mall on lower level were the bus/skytrain transportation area . Its has some seating but 98 % always full hard to get a seat . Staff is decent . Coffee is good etc . The seats are comfortable and there are tables too . Its very busy this boxing week

This 5 stars are for their HOT CHOCOLATE! It’s the best hot chocolate I’d ever had. You can choose from white chocolate, regular or dark chocolate, I chose the dark, and the taste is fantastic! Rich chocolate taste with a smooth and silky texture, sweet but not greasy, it worth a praise.

Friendly staff but long wait to take your order let alone get your order. Seemed understaffed, especially with dirty tables, but the decor was beautiful and relaxing. Everyone there seemed peaceful and relaxed. I just wish they'd bring back the blue pea flower tea latte back, it's my favorite. Not a fan of the oat hojicha tea latte, kind of bland with an after taste of seaweed and the complimentary tea you get in Japanese restaurants, which I normally love
