I purchased a Milwaukee drill set combo and right out the box one of the batteries was defective so I packed it all up again and exchanged it for another one(last one left) and guess what? Same exact thing, one of the two batteries is defective and won’t charge. There appears to be some quality control issues going on.

Good place for all your house needs. On-line stock status and item locations are accurate. Surely better price with other competitors. Should have more stores in different zones.

The many unqualified staff .. if you can find any! Ask for directions to product or ask for assistance ... they give you puzzled look and send you to the wrong place or call for more experienced" worker .. who is just as cluelessI have other customers .. overhear my question to a staff member and .. a stranger has directed me to the merchandise or materials I needed (which the Home Depot staff claimed they didn't have!)Other customers have told me that their experience has been pretty much the same ...!I genuinely prefer Home Depot ... they have a great selection of product

Always love coming here! I love the staff ... especially the ones I've seen working there for over 15 years ... very friendly and helpful... I've renovated many properties and rebuilt a home with home depot products and tools!!! I still use them all 15 years later! Definitely have served me well!

Awesome selection; very helpful advice by polite and patient staff in all areas. We were looking for options available to replace our 60 year old counteracts without replacing our beautiful ribbon mahogany cupboards. The Kitchen Specialist gave us 4 options so just need to make some tough decisions for our large kitchen!!

You can always find anything and everything. The staff are super friendly, but be sure you know what you need because if you are like me you will go and buy more than you’ve plans haha

First off I give Isaac at customer service 5 stars. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got his part of the job done efficiently!Due to a website error I had to purchase the products in store to get the applicable deal. After Isaac helped me I went to pick the item off the shelf but there were none in it's place despite saying they're sytems saying they have 16 in stock. I looked in multiple areas and then asked for help. A lady called hardware multiple times with no response. A gentleman from seasonal tried helping but couldn't find the product but he also tried calling hardware multiple times.Nobody from hardware ever showed up. The employee that was helping me thought the items may have arrived on a truck but haven't been unloaded/stocked. This may be the case as I've been told this in the past, but this particular item has been listed as in stock for several days. So either that's not the cause and they can't find the product, or it's arrived and hasn't been unloaded for several days. Either way not a good customer experience when it says it's in stock but there's no possible way to pick up. It was refreshing to have a positive customer service experience from Isaac which is the only reason I left 3 stars. Give the guy a raise

Good place to get just about everything from harware, tools, home reno supplies, and more. Well laid out and friendly staff. The prices are pretty much on par with other big hardware stores. Staff isn't as knowledgeable as it used to be. I remember when they opened a lot of retired tradesmen worked in there. It was always nice going. Even if you didn't need anything, they were always willing to pass down some of that knowledge.
