Had the opportunity tonight (Friday evening) to watch this amazing beehive Domino’s branch, they workers there are very organized, working so efficiently, firefighting the nonstop flow of orders, I was so sure my order would come out wrong or something given the crazy workload, but it was just perfect! Great job folks.

My recent encounter with Domino's was utterly disappointing. The pizza's quality was abysmal, with undercooked dough, tasteless cheese, and greasy pepperoni. However, what truly made the experience worse was the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager, Vasu mutreja. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, Vasu's dismissive and condescending attitude was shocking. Instead of offering a resolution, they questioned my judgment and taste. This decline in quality and poor customer service has shattered my trust in Domino's. I strongly advise against ordering from them if you expect decent food and respectful treatment. Explore other pizza options that prioritize customer satisfaction.

We ordered pizza from here and you can rarely see the toppings. If the customer orders the toppings, atleast add them in sufficient amount, so we are getting what we paid for. This is the second time that this is happening. We emailed about this but there was no reply. Disappointed.

WORST FOOD EVER PIECE OF HAIR IN MY PIZZA. I ordered pizza and wings today at this location on wanless and creditview road in Brampton and there was a long piece of hair in my pizza. When I called the store the store manager was extremely rude. I have photos attached. Don’t eat at that location.

i order chicken pizza.. but got only cheese pizza with couple of piece chicken. after i order online, i called them nd request to make good quality... also explain thm how was my last order.. i like domino's but dont prefer this location. i hope they will understand we pay for pizza not for bread.. no toppings at all.. they ruined my dinner

Tasted good and made quick however very stingy on the onions. Not gonna complain too much over a $14 pizza

I gave them 1 star because I can't give 0. I ordered pizza online. It said that my pizza is ready at 8.53 pm .I went in store at 9.05 pm but they said it is not ready. I said it shows ready. They said it is in the oven. After 5 minutes I asked again and server picked my pizza from their back rack around 9.20pm. My pizza was ready all the time and employee didn't even care that to say even sorry that they made mistake. Worst service today.

I always tip drivers in advance of the delivery and have experienced on my past two orders that the drivers don't say a word when dropping the food off. I thank them, but they just walk alway, not even a single acknowledgment - no hi, no thank you, no welcome. I will not order from this Domino's again. The easiest way to loose customer loyalty is to stop caring about the customer (or the job).
