Today, we ordered half rack with quarter chicken, 10-piece chicken wings, and chicken and shrimp plate. Cost around $80. Not sure if the food quality and serving here was worth it.The half rack was dry (unlike the ones we had at at the Dartmouth Crossing branch, very fresh and juicy).The chicken wings have uber thick breading that my son had difficulty eating/enjoying it. It’s like the chicken wings were coated with thick flour/cornstarch mixture twice, kept aside for a time that the breading hardened, then fried. Honey garlic sauce was like 4 tablespoons coating the wings.The dark part roast chicken quarter with the shrimp rice plate was too small.The server was nice and quick, kudos.Not sure if we’re coming back here, though.

Food was old. I saw mouse traps under booth seats. Slow service from the waitress but the food came out scarily quick, like instantly. My mom got bug bites of some sort on her ankles and feet (approximately four bites) while she was sitting at the table. It was not a pleasant experience

Had a nice visit there ☺Staff was amazing, very friendly and great service. Ordered A Quarter Leg Dinner and 1/2 Rack of Ribs and baked potatoe. Chicken dinner was great but unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the ribs because I had to chew off the meat from the bone although the signature BBQ sauce was fantastic.I mostly likely will stop in again!

Made a mobile take out order. Husband drove 30min one way to pick up order. Upon arriving home the rib meal was missing & incomplete family pack. After over 45min on phone, three phone calls, message left for manager; to date manager will only refund rib meal & provide a credit for a rib meal. Nothing for the incomplete family pack. This was sappose to be a birthday dinner!

I will never be coming back to this location- my last 2 orders were missing important items.First order was a quarter chicken family meal. They didn’t pack the Swiss chalet sauce and the 4 buns.They offered us a store credit as compensation but didn’t help us out in the moment.The second order was the same family meal.Again, they didn’t pack our chalet sauce and sour cream and chives for the baked potato.The only thing the manager could offer was delivering the items to us. This sounds great, but when you’re starving and your food is going to get cold you don’t want to wait another 30-40 mins.The fact that this happened 2 times in a row goes to show that the workers packing the items in the bags are complacent and don’t care about the customer getting the food they my paid for. Shame on you Swiss Chalet Main Street for both disappointing experiences. We will not come back. Get your act together!

Just placed an order for 7 people and none of the information was checked off on the boxes to what meal was what. Playing the guessing game and everyone having to go through everyone elses food not great.. service the information is on the boxes for a reason please use it. Also put a note in that we had someone with Celiac so not to put a roll in the box, they disregarded that note.

We enjoyed a delicious meal of rotisserie chicken and ribs with a side. It was not busy. The service was fast and the server was very pleasant.

Was Harvey's, and it was awful. Filled out a customer survey, but Harvey's stated it was never received. My hamburger was cold, fries not fully cooked, and chicken wrap was hard. It was a waste of money, and I would not recommend this Harvey's location. Both of us were left frustrated for deciding to try Harvey's for our supper.

Do not order Online from this Location Food was over 2 hours late. Had to drive to the store and fight with the employees on getting a refund and fresh food. As our food came Cold. Then they wouldn't refund the full order saying the tax and the amount that went to the drive they could not refund. Extremely Disappointed and will NEVER be ordering from them again

We just finished our half rack ribs and fries and ribs and baked potato. 2:30 pm April 2/23 the 3 orders were dried out and could not have been just made . I'm certain they were left from the night before. Will not be returningUpdate Swiss chalet responded to my review within a couple hrs with a sorry and a form to fill out, once I filled it out I received another response saying someone would be in touch with me in a couple days. As of April 14th I have heard from no one. So there you have it. I call that adding insult to injury (figuratively speaking of course)
