Staff were friendly an helpful. Needed a replacment part for a Motorola radio.

Use for home and business internet. It works but can bog when more one person watches a video. Tech support is basically none existent. If you have a problem don't count on it getting solved that day. Have to leave call and leave a message or email. If I had a viable alternative I would use it.

Worst company ever!!! Makes excuses every time their internet doesn’t work. I have not gone with one day without the internet cutting in and out. HORRIBLE!! When I call I keep getting told one thing or another on why it isn’t working. Most times telling me it’s because of how I am using the internet (on my phone) I did not realize using the internet on your phone is a problem? Poor customer service and really poor service in general. If I could give a 0 star I would! Can’t enjoy Netflix at all and don’t even try to play Xbox live won’t connect. Such disappointment!! Really wish other companies came out to where I live

I live in a rural area in North Simcoe County and I am a business subscriber of the Business 10 plan and have been so for 5+ years. Over that period of time I have been very impressed with P2P as my internet provider. They have consistently delivered great service and attention to detail especially whenever I have needed tech support or troubleshooting. Recently P2P upgraded our internet access speed (at no extra cost) and I couldn't be happier. Any interaction I have had with P2P has been friendly, prompt and very professional whether over the phone or with technicians in person. Highly recommended.

So far we have had a great experience with this provider. Internet has been decent for being in oro medonte. Install was also smooth.
