Excellent services, Jaan and his staff is very professional and experienced. Service charges are very affordable compared to dealership. They will guide you very well. They will give you honest feedback about your car service and parts and won’t misguide or encourage you to do this and that. Overall, it was a good experience. Will definitely go for next job.

I did my alignment two weeks ago, the whole alignemnt took 7- 8 minutes and charged me $80 and saying that I need bring my another time for a full alignment and I might need to leave the car for a whole day. Look at the picture what did they do. They did even worsen the front tleft tire by one point. The only change the made ws the rear right tire from 0.35 to 0.04. Totally scam!

After being told by the dealership my 2011 M3 needed a new transmission, gas tank breather and new battery with a quote over 30k, that’s right $30, 0000, I had it towed to Import Auto Specialists upon a referral from a parts dealer. I forwarded John and Abdul the info from the dealership and within two days was told my car only needed the codes gone through and checked, which they did and my car was running fine. I had never met these gentlemen before and even after seeing the dealership quote they were honest and easy to get a hold of and only charged me a few hundred bucks. Why would I ever go anywhere else for any kind of service ever again.

Going to this gem of an Import Auto shop many years and they never disappoint. Abdullah just did an excellent job getting both my BMW timing chain and valvetronic motor replaced. Really tough jobs. Their abilty to repair as well as source OEM parts while saving me large as opposed to the dealer has been off the charts. Have also dealt with Jaan in the past and he proved every bit top notch as well.

Very prompt service for my Audi Q7 (Engine check and traction warning light). Dealership couldn't see me for 2 weeks and wanted to charge for checking. John gave me a great deal, ordered ahead the parts and had the car back to me the same day.

I have had my Porsche 928 serviced here many times, and they checked a Range Rover that I recently purchased.The guys are very polite, thorough, punctual and extremely reasonable.They source parts , which are sometimes pretty hard to find.I would not hesitate to recommend them !

The folks at Import Auto Specialists are wonderful. Trustworthy, honest mechanics. Pricing is reasonable. They are upfront about all charges and let you know what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I have been bringing my Benz and Kia for 4 years and they have given sound advice about the use of after market parts, especially when it comes to the Benz. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here. My only gripe is the waiting area needs a woman's touch but funny enough I was just told they will be renovating over the holidays!
