Spoke with numerous designers about our new home in Vernon. Elke was very receptive to our needs and wishes. She listened careful and provided thoughtful insite and a well planned design. Can't wait to post pictures of the finished project in the near future.

Elke was wonderful to work with. We recently moved into a new house whose front and back yard was a blank canvas. We didn't really know what we wanted, just what we didn't want! Elke was able to work with us to identify what kind of plants we wanted, how to create privacy around our pool and came up with a fantastic design. We hired Elke to overhaul our front entrance garden at our family’s property. The garden had been neglected for some years, and we wanted to bring it back to its former glory.We appreciated how Elke tried to balance our concerns over maintenance, while still providing a pop of colour. She had a number of new ideas we hadn’t thought of, and especially appreciated her focus on year round visual attractions.We hope to have Elke back in the future for some other parts of our yard.

We had Elke create a landscape design for the house we are building. She created a plan for us that was everything we asked for and more. Elke has years of landscape experience. This is coupled with a real passion for her work. At the same time, Elke has a practical approach which ensures her plan is functional. Excellent experience with Elke. Being new to the Okanagan, I had no idea what to plant and no gardening experience. All I knew for sure was I had a big pile of dirt!!! Elke assessed the area, direction of sun, sprinkler system, took measurements. She also saw the interior of my home and decided what look would 'flow' from the inside to outside...like art. Then she hatched a plan. We met at a nursery, she went over all the plant options/varietals and allowed me to be part of the decision making process. I loved it! AND (a big AND) she stopped me from overplanting!After all selections were made and plants delivered, Elke placed each and every 115 potted plants to match her design vision. Because I wanted to plant myself, she guided me through the planting process. Hole depth, veggie mix, fill, then mulch. I watered and loved per her instructions and voila! It only took two summers to have a fabulous front yard!Look out back yard...Elke and I are coming for you summer 2021!!Thanks Elke, renee and david
