Wow! So impressed with the results! Stains I never thought I'd get rid of were gone!Todd was professional from the initial contact to going over the final details. On time and so efficient!Highly recommended Optimax!

Spectacular and professional work at LeMarchand Tower Edmonton by Todd from Optimax. Was professional and calm when we arrived for appointment 1 and the building water had been shut off for a leak. Back the next day 10 minutes early again. Kept me up to date on schedule as well.Within the unit quite simply revived the carpets, 5 chair cushions and a bench. Took the time to explain concerns with some stains. Several came out, a couple did not. Conclusion, if not sure what to do with a stain, do not guess and use the wrong product on it, call Optimax right away so the stain goes away.Price was very reasonable and full value.thank you,Michael

Awesome results! I found them on Facebook and I’m glad I did. They steam cleaned my fabric couch and carpet. Both look and smell great. I will be using them again.

These guys are awesome! Todd showed up earlier than scheduled and got to work! He didn’t take too long to get it done (Fairly small apartment) They are very reputable and provide the great service that everyone deserves! Job very well done and at a great value! I will be recommending these guys for anyone looking for any carpet services whether it’s a Move out requirement, yearly cleanup, or just an annoying stain that needs to go. You guys rock! 10/10

During an appliance delivery yesterday, the guy declined the offer of a blanket to cover the carpet right outside of the laundry closet. The old washer (as in 25 years old!!) was spewing grease and dirt on the floor under it. Needless to say, when guy was moving the machine around to disconnect it grease and dirt got on our carpet. I was NOT impressed!! I immediately told him to stop, and I put down the blanket over the carpet…and then immediately called Todd! He was able to come over between jobs, and tho he could not promise the grease would come out, he would do his best. So on his knees, he did repeated spray applications and steamed the area. Not sure how many time he had to spray….but lo and behold he got the marks out!! So grateful. We had just completed a Reno, so there was no money left to replace carpets!!

Todd called in advance to let me he was on his way. When he arrived we walked the areas to be cleaned first and he went to work.I was very impressed with Todd and his professional approach to the work at hand.I will definitely use Optimax Steam Cleaning again.The job was very well done.

Todd was simply amazing! So professional, polite, and did an amazing job explaining the procedures he uses to get the carpets sparkling clean! We had several stains and the carpet was very dirty from the previous owner. We used another popular company and did out whole house, I was very disappointed with the results compared to what todd accomplished in my home! Hands down I will be referring to everyone I know! My carpets looks brand new!!! Optimax is great to deal with and did a fantastic job. We had 2 chairs that had been cleaned twice by a different company but they never got the stains out. Todd from Optimax got the job done. The chairs look brand new. He also cleaned an area rug that looks new again. Todd was on time and professional from start to finish.
