10/10 service! Due to COVID-19 my mom was unable to renew her insurance. Karniel (i think thats how you spell his name) came and delivered my mothers insurance papers to our residence and even stuck the insurance stickers on her car for her. Amazing to see service like this during difficult times!!

There was only one agent on duty already serving clients. I opted to wait outside due to covid. Another person walked in as the first patrons completed their business and the agent served him first. I walked to another firm as there are at least three others in the area. I would have preferred to do business with Pacific Coast as it is the closest and I believe in supporting local business. Good luck with rude unprofessional conduct in a competitive neighborhood.

My entire family and I have been getting insurance from Pacific Coast for the last 10 years and I can honestly say that there is no other office that provides this level of service. The staff is very professional and respond in a timely manner for all inquiries. They help you understand what you are buying in terms of coverage and keep explaining until you are completely satisfied with the policy. I highly recommend this office.

Came to get a day permit as the weather was nice. Only two people working and they were helping the same person. Was told to wait, no problem. Then they start discussing what they should write for the purchase price of the vehicle. The employee is helping scam ICBC ( no wonder insurance is so high). After that for 15 mins they talk about their personal lives, completely ignoring the customer behind them. Left and went to the place across the street. Unprofessional, good thing I recorded the conversation of purchase price, will be reporting to ICBC

They were good for many years but seems have become a very busy place and short staffed. Have to follow up regularly and sometime get incorrect quote.Updating review again after 10 months: i am bumping up the rating as it seems things are improving on their end. Responses are faster and team is helpful

I've insured three of my family's vehicles here for many years. Called today for a yearly regular insurance quote and for a yearly storage quote to see the difference as I rarely drive my vehicle now and was considering storage.The person I was dealing with advised me the difference was apples to oranges" and after being given essentially the same response a second time - both of which made me feel as though the person was trying to make me feel foolish for asking - I hung up.
