We were driving from Victoria to Edmonton and this place is perfect to stop for a coffee and quick bite. The view from here is simply amazing, the decor around is also nice. Do visit this place, I liked it a lot

Absolutely horrendous experience on drive thru. Ordered my first meal and the girl said drive to the window for payment, not even an “is that everything” or “anything else” we still had to order for my boyfriend but she wouldn’t listen. Got the wrong food, asked was it a meal and you would have thought I asked for one of their left arms! Made a big deal out of absolutely nothing and got 2 different people over. We ended up driving off drive thru and going inside to order the rest of what we wanted and to explain what food I should have got. Once again complete nightmare inside, can’t even begin to explain the experience but let’s just say I was never as glad to leave. They made me feel like I was the one being annoying. If the girl at the speaker had of had a bit of bloody patience and listened to begin with, the rest of the pieces she messed up wouldn’t have needed fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE & save yourself the stress.

We made multiple visits to this location for donuts and iced coffee and every time the donuts and drinks were good and the service was friendly and prompt. This location is very good and consistent.

One of the only good tim hortons left in kamloops. Great service,always polite. No rushing food or drinks at you, they actually wait for you to put away your wallet bfor handing you your order. Always clean ,excellent staff

The drive through was a bit busy so slow going but the order was correct, mainly hot beverages and a hash brown. Price of a hashbrown is crazy $1.99 for a greasy slab of grated potato but the cappuccinos were hot and tasty. The servers were polite.

Hey,I have ordered a chicken habenero wrap and a combo but I got bacon in the wrap and after that when I try to call them no one picks my call.I went to work after that and I cannot get of from my job for replacement. That’s a very bad experience I have ever got from this Tim’s

Went it to buy 2 coffees. Only to stand at the till waiting for service. The employees on duty. Spoke to each other looked at me then ran into the back. Only to ask for someone else to serve me. I feel offended and I don't think anyone should go to this tim hortons with so many available.

This is hands down the best Tim Hortons location I've ever been to. Service is consistently exemplary, and they always get my order right. The owner and manager operate this business to a high standard and keep the environment clean and welcoming. I go out of my way to visit this location instead of others for the reasons mentioned above. Their system should be the model for all other Tim's locations. 10/10

Love this location. Probably my favourite in town. We ordered wraps and breakfast sammies for the littles. (love that breakfast until 4pm). Also had London fogs and quenchers for the smalls. Store was clean and staff were great. Felt like the dine in crowd was just as important as the drive thru which is a rare treat! We sat down and enjoyed our lunch. Staff were cleaning vacated tables and vibe of the restaurant was welcoming and.. dare I say it - happy! Thanks Tims! We will be back!
