the cosmetic blonde lady thats working at 1pm this wednesday was very rude she blamed me and my friend for stealing makeup items and a man came started yelling at us when we didnt even take anything that seems wrong to me

They do not even deserve 1 star!!I went in last night with a prescription from my doctor for a medication that has strict dispensing rules. It's a drug I take following an accident in which I was hit by a car while walking, so I can understand a pharmacist's concern. Instead of taking me to the side, to explain to me in private his concerns, he very loudly and in front of other customers, let it be known that he thought I had falsified the prescription. He even threatened me that he would call my doctor, to scare me! I took my prescription and left. Last night, I was in shock, embarrassed and mortified. This morning, I am furious. I called the pharmacy about 2 hrs ago URGING them to call my doctor but they have YET to call me back..I wonder whyyyyy??Such disgraceful unprofessionalism from a pharmacist, I have never seen. He basically accused me of a crime..this I will not let pass. I will go on every social media platform with this. SHAME ON THEM!Unless you want everyone to know your business and unless you want to be treated like a criminal, do not go to this Pharmaprix!

I was next waiting in line at the checkout and after the cashier finished serving the customer before me, she put her closed sign on the counter and told me she couldn’t serve me because she was being paged. I asked her if she could just finish with me first since I was waiting before they paged her, I had only 4 items to scan and I was the only one in her line. She refused, saying they had paged her and she had to go and I should go to stand at the back of another line. If I didn’t need these essentials from the pharmacy, I would have happily abandoned the cart with the items and walked out. The first rule of customer service is that the customer comes first. It is CUSTOMARY to finish with all your customers before closing your cash to do anything else. Unbelievable.

terrible experience today we waited over 40 minutes with 2 kids waiting in the car to be told that they dont have all the ingredients needed to produce our prescription. avoid going there they have no sympathy whatsoever! and arrogant ! very very irritated

Had great service before and after receiving my vaccine! Friendly staff!

They called me and left a message that my prescription was ready. They probably had the wrong number so i tried for the next 30 minutes to reach them and tell them because i didn't want somebody to be out of their meds. Got hanged up on 2x and left on hold for another 10 mins. No good deed goes unpunished.

Despite all the difficulty we are currently living through, I was very pleased with the service provided to me at this location. The young ladies behind the counter served me quickly and graciously, and the employees made sure to manage the store in a very efficient manner.A big thank you to Liane for her great service with the vaccine.

The pharmacist was not only EXTREMELY RUDE to my family and I, she broke governmental rules and refused to give us tests we had appointments for, despite living in different households. I booked for my elderly parents and my in-laws, who went themselves to get the tests and they were REFUSED because I booked for them???? We all live in seperate households so it makes absolutely no sense. What's more is the appointments were available online and she still refused. I feel personally attacked! I am completely furious, this is the worst pharmacist I ever encountered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The pharmacist will favor you based on your race and your age, she is rude and discriminatory. AVOID!
