Midas Auto Service and Tires

Had my car taken in for a brake job, was completed on time at a reasonable price compared to some other quotes I'd gotten. Parking for drop off is a bit limited and tight and the lot is shared between two businesses. Just something to keep in mind so you don't have to run out and move your car like I did. Professional service. Will use again.

I had done my own brakes but when I finished my brake pedal went right to the floor. Ken took me in right away and diagnosed an incorrectly installed caliper and made the necessary repair. I was in and out quickly with a very reasonable bill for the work.I would highly recommend them. Thanks Ken

I come to this location regularly in the standard upkeep of my vehicle which has over 250,000kms.(I go to another mechanic for all major repairs.)I always find the teams here to be friendly, competent and helpful.They will remind me of the scheduled maintenance needs of the car.They will also send me on my way without expensive services if I am thinking something needs to be done, but doesn’t need to be done yet/right away.This is integrity, a wonderful thing within a drive-thru service garage.Today, Mark was the manager on scene and his team and his service were exceptional.Highly recommend.My car is lasting thanks to regular maintenance at this Mr Lube and Tires.

Where to start this is my second dealing with this midas ' first wad 700.00 for a set of brakes on my truck ' now they charged me 102.00 to check a battery charging system I told jay that midas on Kingsway told me 59.00 can you honor that price his excuse was we have mechanics here with more knowledge last time I checked midas was midas so instead of 59.00 it worked out too almost double. Please check with other shops before ever going here ' mechanics in this day and age are price gougers ' jay had me believing my truck needed 3500.00 in work and I've been driving fine in it still for almost a year small leak axles you name it he claimed needed to be replaced. Customers beware.

Jay and team here have been nothing short of amazing! I've phoned 3 separate times with a variety of issues (AC compressor/new battery/brake sensor issue/transmission issues) and every time Jay has accomodated me either that day or bright and early the next day and had me fixed up same day. I've had a few big road trips lined up and these guys have saved me the stress of something happening while I'm on the road. They've provided quality advice and I cannot recommend enough.

We needed some minor repairs, as well as an oil change, and they were able to sort us out in a few hours. They provided us with a digital report of all of the work they had done, along with pictures of the work. Their prices are comparable to other repair shops we have used before, but the inclusion of that report made the entire experience excellent.

great service! took my car to another mechanic and they claimed nothing was wrong, but midas found my radiator was clogged. jay made sure to ask lots of questions and when he told me what they found, he was very detailed and my car was ready the next day. definitely will go to midas in the future

Frank and Jay are remarkable people. I booked an appointment for only an oil change, found out my car needed much more. My tires were bald and splitting and I had no idea…They let me know with such genuine concern for my safety that it was extremely unsafe. Frank kept me calm while I was kind of freaking out, but he found me the best tires for the best price. I was lucky they found 4 tires I needed locally, and they were installed the next day! They told me I have options with Fairstone Credit (which was a blessing) I so I could have the help that I needed to pay for this unexpected expense. Jay took great care of my car and pointed out things that will need to be replaced or fixed in the future, he worked out a quote for me and we will plan for the ongoing future. I was happy knowing he owns an Audi himself and I’m satisfied my car is in the right hands. All in all they were extremely kind from the beginning to end, going through every question and concern I had and answered with expert knowledge. Being a young single woman going into a shop can be intimidating but they made me feel comfortable at the shop, like it was not just a business transaction, but I mattered as a client. I had such a positive experience here that I will tell everyone about it! Also, I went to this location because I read such great google reviews on this shop!! Thanks again guys, I will see you soon for more work to be done!
