I love having a location on the west side of Lethbridge, and it seems to have something available for anything I could need despite being a smaller store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well kept.

Staff here are kind and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and they do price match.

I start this location for about 3 months now! I used to buy cat food that was so ridicules in price! My one cat would puke all the time I just didn’t know what to do! My neighbour told me to go to home alive....so I did and omg what a great place the 2 lady’s that I have dealt with so far are so extremely knowledgeable when it comes to what pets should eat and what’s good for them! When I changed my cats over to the new dry food she suggested my cats love it and don’t puke anymore! And not only that but it was half the price of what I was paying before!!!Just yesterday I went in with my new puppy...I was looking to put her on something good for her and affordable! I walked out of their with great food at a very reasonable price! My puppy loves it she devoured it all up she was so happy!!!So with all this being said I would recommend Pets Alive to anyone who has pets not only will you walk out with the best for your pet and affordable but the customer service is exceptional I can’t say it enough!!!!So thank you from me and my fur babies!!! ❤️

Have everything I need for a quick shopping trip for my two cats. The lady at the counter on Friday March 23, 2019 around 3.00 PM was a friendly and a fantastic host as well. Give her a well deserved raise.

This location is fantastic! A hidden gem really. They are never out of stock like the other location and have the friendliest staff! Plus they are so conveniently located; it's a relief knowing if I need any emergency kitty supplies I can rely on them to have what I need, when I need it!

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. As well as able to direct you to resources outside of their purview. The selection is great for being a small space, and anything they don't have can be found at the main location downtown.

great pet supplies. Sept 16,2022- Awesome collection of pet toys, puppy pads and everything else you can imagine. Easy friendly staff who’ll answer questions or assistance for whatever you need. Nice access from someone who lives west of lethbridge.

If you’re looking for friendly helpful service don’t go here. I Needed everything for my puppy so visited the store on May 29-2022. No one was in the store, then a girl appeared in a doorway in the back of the store and asked me if I wanted something. I told her I needed a collar for my puppy. She stayed in the doorway and pointed and said over there. I went down an aisle and she said no, over there, but she never moved from the doorway. I found the collars and asked if they had an xxs and she stayed in the doorway and said it would be there. I asked her if she was afraid of me, as it seems she was, (I am a woman in my 60’s). She came to the collars and pointed to them and said there then she wandered to the front of the store. I tried a collar on my puppy but felt like I shouldn’t be there and left. This was the the rudest, coldest most ignorant store clerk I have ever come across. I was happy to find another pet store that welcomed me and helped me find a harness, collar, leash, bed, toys and treats for my new puppy.
