When in asking for help with fixing my hair dye after going to a different store and no getting the result I wanted. The woman there were amazing and so helpful, telling me how, and what to use to help fix it. Making me feel so much better about it. Thank you so much. New happy customer,

I have 2 complaints about this store. The first is when I was there i had not a single person ask me if they could help me when I was there for 10 minutes already trying to seek the products I was looking for and then that same visit I waited almost 3-4 minutes for someone to help me at check out. The second complaint is that every single time I have tried to call the store to see if they carry a certain product, the phone is never answered and I drive all the way to the store in hopes that the product is there. What is the point in having a business phone if you don't answer it to help customers?An extremely annoyed customer!

Staff is always so helpful with any questions and assisting me in finding the perfect products!

I absolutely love going into Sally Beauty supply in St Thomas Ontario. The team of staff at this location are exreemly helpful and have excellent knowledge of their product. I give my local Sally's a 10.

Had a super positive experience yesterday! I was overwhelmed by the selection in the store and the process of dying my hair (That wasn't drugstore box dye). The staff were SO KIND and patient while they assisted me and answered my many questions. Unfortunately I missed her name, but the lovely red haired staff was tremendously helpful and made the experience so much better. Looking forward to returning!Update: Very pleased with the dye recommendation (Argan Color). Odor is mild, applied well and has demonstrated very little bleeding (Red dye) thus far. I also feel that the clarifying treatment and after colour sealer by Ion that was recommended made a huge difference. Will definitely be back!

I'm not sure if it's just who working when I go in. But last 2 times I was told things that didn't work with what they said. This time it's even in the instructions that this hair dye would.have worked. Lady told me I would need bleach that it worst case it wouldn't do anything also told me to get 20 volume. The instructions inside box say so much different. I'm adding a picture with things circled that I feel these workers should have knowledge of. Everything is so expensive now Most stores are price gouging customers. Sally's prices have went up as well. And to find out if the lady was knowledgeable she would have known that I would probably have needed 30 or even 40 volume and this dye should make changes on DARK VIRGIN HAIR, Virgin hair meaning there's no dye or anything in it like my hair was. And it would have worked. It's like she knew exactly what to say so it wouldn't work out.... finding a Sally's in London or going to Amazon if they sell hair products like this. Either they don't know and or stand by the products they sell. You pick...

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store, which I have been going to for a few years now. The staff are super friendly and always go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. They give you honest advice on what's good, what's better, and what to avoid.I love this store and am surprised that it received a couple of bad reviews although they are from several months ago. I was just at the store yesterday and the young lady was extremely nice and incredibly helpful.
