Worst company, seem crack after 2 weeks and told me that it void warranty due to water being top of counter top !!avoid this company at all cost

Very sad to have had this experience. We felt that the lady at the counter did not want to speak about cabinets. When we said we don't need countertops yet, she was curt in her mannerisms and made us feel like she needed to us leave right away. It was a visit that certainly did not feel respectful. If they do not do cabinets, I think a more friendly response could have been used.

Definitely not Top10. Would never use or recommend this company. Bought a new home in Edinburgh. Within 1 month of ownership my wife noticed the bottom of some of the Shaker doors were de-laminating. Top 40 told us the issues was from a rice cooker steam. We do not even own a Rice Cooker. We took a good look at other doors and some have spots were glue was applied during installation to reapply the laminate. This company is terrible. Warranty and customer service are non existent. We used Excel Kitchen for the basement suite and the product and service was fantastic. If you looking for cabinets stay away from Top 40Well heard from Top40 (as shown in the post). We contacted the Sales Manager (Kelly) on Septemebr 15th and he promised to come out an look at the doors. A week went by and he never came by. Called him again on September 23 and he said he would try to come that week. Its now October 4 and no show. This company does not care about their product warranty. Stay away, better yet run away unless you like paying for poor quality at a top price.

Instalation is exceptional! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had a major kitchen flood in August and through our insurance claim, we were told we would be looking at least a 14-week delay in receiving our kitchen cabinets. By October and with the shortage of trades people, we were still waiting for the renos to begin. In the meantime, our good friend and neighbour Andy Erickson who works for Top Forty suggested we order our kitchen cabinets through Top Forty and the wait would be approximately 8-10 weeks. He and Top Forty came through for us and we received our cabinets in 8 weeks on December 14th! After Andy worked his normal workday he installed our entire kitchen cabinets after work hours in 3 days! We are so happy with the work he did and with the quality of the cabinets! Thank you!!!

When they were selling the product they were good after payment is made slow installation, very rude customer service, email responses is in 2 weeks. Try to avoid this company

This company delay the install day twice and the seem got damage after 2 weeks and customer service is terrible try to avoid this company

Takes no pride on what they do. Warranty doesn't fix a job but blame it on customer.
