The Super Plumber
We had a pipe leaking into our crawlspace and draining our hot water tank on Easter weekend. Despite it being a holiday, they were able to get a technician out to fix it within hours. Curtis A was very personable, professional and efficient. He was in a great mood and wonderful to deal with despite having to crawl into our terrible crawlspace. Would highly recommend him.

The Super Plumber
Brodie was sent by super plumbers to help replace our anode rod and make corrections to work that was completed by a previous company and add upgrades to bring us up to current code. We had original planned on only servicing the one tank but after conversation Brodie ended up replacing both within the same service call. I was impressed with Brodies knowledge and willingness to have the work done correct and to code. It was a big job and it took most of the afternoon but Brodie was quick and didn’t rush the process. I am really happy and thankful.

The service was excellent, plumber and staff were polite and competent. However, I will not be using their services again, the plumber was at my house just under 1.5 hours. Total parts I estimate would cost less than $50. My bill was $360.

Andrej did a great job of replacing my hot water tank and installing a new water filtration system in the kitchen. He did an initial evaluation and provided options for solutions. Once the decision was made I was amazed that the work was scheduled for the very next day. He arrived on time, explained the work he was going to do, and then once he was finished he walked me through how everything worked. He was polite, professional and he left the workspace clean. I would highly recommend this company and particularly this serviceman. I will use them again.

Ian of Super Plumber was very helpful, cheerful, and informative. Basically he gave me quotes for two jobs. He explained what would be necessary to move my washing machine and dryer. He was creative in how they could be positioned, how the drain would work, etc. He also looked at the water heater and gave good advice as to when it would make sense to replace it. Ian gave comprehensive quotes for both these jobs. I realize that I cannot afford these right now, however I am well informed how I can gradually proceed in the future. Excellent service. I would recommend!

Carl from super plumber did a terrific job of installing a new toilet - it was a fancy one with lots of bells and whistles and required him to also move a shut off valve. He worked well past supper, cleaned up and removed the old toilet and packaging for the new one. We could not be more pleased and the cost was what we expected and was explained to us before work commenced.We have used super plumber for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is worthwhile to belong to their club
