I would prefer to give NO stars, but it won't let me do that. First off I have to say customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. There is 1 toll free number and the person that answered had an extremely heavy foreign accent and I had difficulty understanding her. She told me my package was still on the truck and would still be delivered that day. That was at 9:15 pm! I even repeated back to her what I thought she had said, and she said yes that was correct. Guess what? Still no package! It was originally supposed to be delivered on Friday, but wasn't. Then it should have been here on Saturday.....but they aren't open on Saturday! Now the tracking says it could be up until the 11th (Tuesday).Their hours are a joke! I hope to never have to deal with them again.

Package arrived retaped and glass containers were broken and product leaked out. Box was not placed where my delivery instruction have been on the delivery instructions area of the orders and was exposed to the rain that is currently our weather today. Had to be a different driver as the usual route driver places the packages next to my door as I have physical challenges. I like the phrase from the past what can Brown do for you"? How about getting your act together"

Because the driver failed his job to deliver my package, it got push back 2 weeks. It was already got delayed twiced and they fail to do a simple thing as droping my package on my porch. there is no way to contact this site. Seriously, I thought usps was garbage. This just another level of a dumpster fire.

Old driver quit or does another route now. Ever since, the new drivers don't know what they are doing. They either deliver it at 8pm now, deliver it to a neighbor, it goes missing, etc. Total mess.. Don't even hear back from these guys after filing complaints. Always liked UPS in the past, but now I prefer FedEx.-Update- New drivers are getting the hang of it and things have improved.

They keep leaving expensive packages we order in the driveway in the snow. Idk why they won’t place them inside the door on the porch. Hell, even on the porch is better than the middle of my driveway. This happens everytime.

My wife wanted a new exercise bike so I told her to pick one she wanted. It got shipped and been sitting in Massachusetts by what ups website says but by amazon says it's up here in the nearest facility emailed ups told us they lost it. no effort in trying to find our package great service ups not.

Most of the time, I have no problems with UPS, and they deliver on time, or faster than I expect. However, sometimes, they simply put my package in a delivery exception and delay its delivery for days. Yesterday, I was scheduled to receive a package, and the driver pulled in my yard at 9:30am, never got out of the vehicle, and backed out without delivering and left. The below photo is from one of my security cameras. I am still waiting on my package as of 3:45pm the next day, and it is listed as delayed due to emergency. I chatted with an agent, since getting someone local on the telephone is impossible, and they said it may be delivered Monday (three days from now), even though it is sitting a mile away, or on the truck, right now. All the great deliveries do not make up for the terrible ones.EDIT: UPS' canned response below does not help my situation. I tried twice, two days in a row, to reach a live person who could help, and UPS places so many hoops in your way that you have to jump through before talking to a live person, it's exhausting. After you get a real person to talk to, they are in a different hemisphere of the planet and cannot help you with a local issue. There is no way I could discern of reaching the local office directly. It's obvious to me that UPS does not care about the customer, as they stonewall you every step of the way in trying to resolve a situation. I would like to know, if the truck was in my yard, why the package was not delivered, and why on the following day, there was no attempt for a delivery to be made.

I normally receive very good service from ups. I was supposed to receive my packages today, and I recieved confirmation that my packages are delivered. when I went to my door there weren't any packages so I started looking to see if they left it on my front stoop and nothing. my package had been delivered to my neighbor across the street and luckily I know them well so I was able to retrieve them with out issue.

My app says packages were delivered yesterday. They were not. Store is closed till Monday. Weird tracking history as well.
