Very nice staff willing to work with my busy schedule, helped me a lot

very bad experience just in attempting to book an intake with this office. Very disappointingly after asking how to make an appointment, the Office Manager Cheryl denied me any information for the intake process because I briefly mentioned I receive ODSP. Though I stated clearly I would be paying cash for my appointments, they deny clients who receive a disability pension. They ignored everything I said and only replied with this:“Unfortunately, you will find out that there is no coverage for ODSP clients, you could contact your family health team, they would have some free counselling available, if not Emily’s rate is $165 per sessionCheryl”The next follow up email I receive from her consisted of 4 words. Less professional than a Facebook comment.Terrible place they don’t want to help anyone. I wouldn’t even suggest contacting them let alone doing therapy with them.

Emily has been wonderful! She has helped immensely. I get tools and resources from her for dealing with relationships or work life balance but also she steers me in the direction to problem solve situations iny own.
