Nolan quickly figured out the reason our pump system was leaking on the furnace room floor and got it fixed. It was also very helpful how he explained the problem and how he was fixing it.

Excellent customer service. We are very happy with our experience with Stevenson plumbing starting with the quick response time. We made an urgent call to Brent who was able to arrange a visit the same day within hours. Jordan had to work in -25 degree snowy weather while practically hanging upside down most of the time. Koodos to him!In the office, Susan has also been very helpful and courteous. From this positive experience they have gained our respect and future business.

For almost 8 years, we have used Stevenson on various projects for plumbing, electrical and HVAC, and trust them to get the work done, no matter what the ask. Whenever service calls are needed, they are quick to respond and resolve the issue. As a team, they are great to work with and are continuously striving to provide even better service.

On this occasion the team at Stevenson’s Plumbing & Electric was able to restore the heat to our family home. The service tech was quick to show up (on a very snowy Sunday) and we live 30 minutes from their shop / office. The part was not available on a Sunday therefore he set us up with temporary heat that worked very well until they could install and finalize the service the next day. This is the third time we’ve used Stevenson’s at our home. The “techs” and team at the office are allways very helpful.Thank you!

Stevenson's take care of both our business and residential needs.The scope of work they have performed for us over they years is extensive. We have never been disappointed with the quality of work or their ability to deliver within the timeline that they provide. In all cases the work performed was billed at the quoted rate (unless we decided to upgrade some aspect of the job). The largest contributor to my positivity on this company is their ability and capability to handle ALL aspects of our plumbing, heating and electrical needs. This past week 2 of the Stevenson employees, Hans & Nathan, installed a split unit air conditioner in our house. They were efficient, friendly and worked steady on the job. It was obvious that they worked very well together. We were very please with the installation work completed.

Just a note to compliment your staff on great service and customer caring. Sunday June 21, our air-conditioning quit during the hot spell. After an uncomfortable night, I called Stevenson's Monday morning and got an answering machine, so I left a message about our plight. Within a half hour I had a call back from Barb and I explained our problem, which I suspected was the thermostat. I was informed the earliest appointment was a week from Tuesday so I booked the time anyway but, said I would try elsewhere. This understandably, is a busy time of the year and hot weather brings cooling problems. An hour later, Barb called back to advise she could fit us in for Tuesday at 9:30am much to my delight. To do this, Barb contacted another client who was booked for that time and was able to shuffle his service call to another day to accommodate our emergency. Technician Hans arrived in the morning and confirmed the thermostat needed replacement and had one in his service truck. In and out in 20 minutes. Great proactive service by Barb and Hans, as well as a thank you to the client who gave up his appointment for us. Stevenson's Plumbing and Electrical are a responsive and quality family business that I highly recommend to anyone, professionally managed by Brent and Blake.
