As a home-owner in Burnaby I was very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and level of workmanship of the technicians sent to install a good-quality furnace and air-conditioning system. It's good to know there is a HVAC company in the lower mainland that not only does the talk" but does the "walk!" They were good to their word about timing & honored the estimate that was given.They called back to make sure all was in good working order

Tech of Chill Air welded (joined) the pipe in front of Filter cabinet which is preventing me to replace the filter. When brought to their attention they were totally unreasonable and/or ignorant. I offered to pay to fix the problem and they still refuse to fix. Pathetic!!!

A special thank you to the team at Chill-air. This summer was HOT, and our old heating/cooling system packed it in. Victor was able to source us a new rooftop unit for the building and get it installed quickly. He pulled all the trades together to ensure the roof was prepped and the electrical was sufficient. A couple months later, system runs great and I don't worry about it anymore. Always recommend, thanks all!

I had my AC install the last couple of days. Mark and Sina are phenomenal. I cannot say enough great things about them. These guys go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied. Hard to come across this level of customer service nowadays! Things took longer than expected, yet they still honoured the price I was quoted. They are patient in explaining to me what is going on and showing me how it will look. I am extremely happy I chose Chill Air and would not recommend anyone else. These guys are top notch !!!

Top notch service. After 6, yes 6 service calls from another company the Chill Air tech had it diagnosed In 20 mins and fixed not long after. Stick with the best. Call Chill Air!

My husband and I decided to install an air conditioning unit this summer and what a summer we chose. After we contacted Chill-Air they sent out an estimator who was knowledgeable and explained in detail what we could and could not do in our condo due to condo regulations. We agreed on a price and the installer was efficient, courteous and had a little vacuum that he used as he drilled so as not to leave any drywall dust behind on the furniture. We have never been happier and cooler since we had our unit installed. Thank you all at Chill-Air. Larry & Maureen

Tried to use them made an appointment, not only they not show up BUT WE HAD TO CALL THEM at our 8:00 AM scheduled time and ask why they didn't show upThe response was they had some 'emergencies'.The receptionist did not inquire whether our situation was urgent.We called the office again at noon to get get an update again no response.Waited until 5PM and called the office again receptionist still would not let let us knowWhen to expect service.At no time did Chille-Air initiate contact with us despite our repeated attempts talk with themTerrible customer service

My central air unit died....on the July long weekend, of all weekends. My unit as far as I knew was no more than 10 years old. It had a mess of issues and in the end I needed a brand new unit. There were parts that were no longer made for my old unit and so on. The staff came to my house 4 times in total. The first three times were to try and diagnose and fix the initial issues but in the end it would cost about as much as buying a brand new unit. Once I decided that a new unit was what I needed to get, the company only charged me for my initial diagnosis fee 98 dollars plus tax and my new unit estimate! They waved all the other 3 hours and new parts they used to try and fix my old unit. The service was fast and I'm over the moon impressed. Thank you for your amazing service❤

I've had work done by this company several times over the years and once again they have exceeded my expectations. My hot-water heater exploded so I shut off the water and gas to it and dropped into Chill-air the next morning. The ladies at the desk told me that they were booked up but that if the tech had any time that they would try to get a look at it. I didn't expect anything to happen but later that afternoon the tech came out, removed the old hot water heater and got a new one into the house ready for installation the next day (there was some plumbing and gas-line upgrading that he needed to get parts for). The next day he showed up early before I left for work, then actually came by my workplace to return the house-key and settle the bill! That's real service. As usual, the cost was as quoted and the work was top-notch. I highly recommend this company !

In May we requested a service call. They committed to a date and then DID NOT SHOW UP. In June we requested the service call again. Again, they committed to a date and then DID NOT SHOW UP. In July we requested the service call for the third time. They committed to a date and then DID NOT SHOW UP. When we called for the fourth time to request an explanation, we were told that the owner had shuffled us out of the schedule on three occasions to give other customers priority service. Basic business 101… keep your commitments. If your busy, set an appointment for a month out, but keep the appointment. This a very poorly run business, with no priority on customer service, and apparently the owner is the core of the problem. And the irony is we have been a loyal customer of Chill-Air for well over a decade. Under the current ownership we have watched the customer service deteriorate to this dismal place. In the last call we were told they were too busy to help us, were unwilling to make another appointment, and that we should call someone else. WISH GRANTED. GOODBYE CHILL-AIR.
