Edmonton Walk-In Clinic & Orthopedics at Walmart by Jack Nathan Health

It was a nice place; before now, you could not even make appointments. Nobody pick up the phone !! What happens? And then you have appointments you waiting 1-2 h?? I’m very disappointed

I picked this clinic as a family dr. I usually have good experiences there and they are so caring with my kids. Lately, they have refused to see me or my kids because they have appointments. Called them on Monday and said to come in early on Saturday. Came in at 9 and realized they don’t open til 9:30 as stated on the website. 9:49 am and it’s still not open. I’m getting very frustrated with the lack of being able to see the Dr. when I needed to.

The receptionist seemed to have a bigger responsibility then the dr himself. Waited just over half an hour to see Dr in room while he was on personal phn calls, the walls are paper thin so privacy is nonexistent. I walked out with out seeing the not overly motivated dr. Management needs to property address the numerous reviews about this clinic. As a health care provider it is seriously lacking in communication, privacy comfort in each room and a cleaner bathroom.

Worse clinic ever. Wait time is horrible. I had an appointment at 11:15 ,got called in at 11:30 been sitting in the room for an hour..very ridiculous, every visit is like that..seems like they're seeing walk ins first. Not impressed at all!! I'll not be coming here again.

Terrible service, I called this morning and asked what time the doctors will be in. They said ten and there is no appointment book at this time. I went in just to find that there no one and that the pharmacist said we don’t know when they will be in and then they proceeded to say oh they usually come around 11:30-12:30. Absolutely terrible!

Not a walk in clinic anymore… time waisted

I had an appointment booked, I arrived on time, but still had to wait an hour for the doctor. The front desk staff say he always is late but refuses to adjust their schedule. Doctors book 15 min because that's the minimum they can get paid for but this doctor, by admission of his own staff, always takes longer and refuses to adjust. This is a doctor focused on getting paid more than patient well-being. Avoid if you can.

Not actually a walk-in clinic, though that's what their sign states! Had an issue with my child that needed attention TODAY, but was told I could see another doctor tomorrow. Really? Also, the doctor in the clinic only sees his current patients. Don't waste your time here!

August 16 I'm in at 9:01 am and doctors actually come in @10:30 so why post open at 9:00 am !Update August 16Thank you kindly for your reply.and yes I did return so that I my receive my test results, everyone I incounterd where very pleasant and yes I was sitted in a room not because I was first but rather because I was the only one there and the receptionist at first told to come back at 10:30 am because their were no doctor's in til 10:30 am I asked if I could wait since now when I return it was 10:15 am , before I could sit down the receptionist called me to a room, did I also mention that the first visit receptionist was not the same one on my second visit.While in the room I did not wait long , a gentleman came in , this was the first receptionist I saw , but he introduced himself to me now has a intern doctor.Let me make myself clear.all people I incounterd this day where nice and friendly but I have not the trust that I feel I require from a place that I'm looking for in a medical clinic and doctors.Thank you again for your reply and I wish your clinic all the best.

Worst clinic ever!!!! I’ve been going here for few years now and there were different Doctors who were great! But now different Doctors and worst service ever!!! Receptionist rude and hard to talk to. Their wait time is unbelievable even with appointment. They referred me to a specialist which was all unsuccessful. One was wrong specialist/ clinic another was given a wrong number so they cancelled and called to let me know but they had the wrong number. This is wait time, travel time and calling back and forth. The worst part was, when i called to talk to them how rude and not understanding they were! Never going there again! Don’t waste your time or energy! I booked with different clinic and was completed in like a week!
