I switched my heating system from Oil to NG when I purchased my house 3 years ago. The installation wasn't performed properly. First year they had to comeback twice because I had no heat and there was water leaking inside the furnace. Second year, in the summer, the AC that was over my new furnace leaked because it was installed in a backward angle. They didn't do any duct work for proper alignment of the 2 units. That 5000$ spent is already rusting and yes I called right away everytime we had problems and yes I get my yearly maintenance on heating/cooling/HVAC. They only reason I am giving 2 stars is that they always cameback right away to attempt to fix the problem.

We had a tech come in January this year to inspect a floor drain cover in our office that had swelled and warped the top of the lid. He came and pulled the cover off, said that's strange and said he would find us a replacement cover, being 7. We heard nothing for weeks then I started calling tech and reception both I left voice messages at and none were returned. I did this for months

We had a problem with our boiler right at the beginning of heating season this past Fall. We arranged an appointment with Watson Mechanical to service it. When they were inspecting the boiler they realized that it was no longer safe or repairable as it was 35 years old and they had to disconnect it. We ordered a new state of the art boiler through them that they would intall. They lent us heaters to use during the wait for the new boiler. We found the technicians to be very competent and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and showed us how to use the electronic panel on it. We were very pleased with the job they did and we were also pleased with the care they took to protect our floors while they worked in our home. My husband and I would highly recommend this company.

I was looking for installation of a Natural Gas pool heater and contacted four different contractors. One gave a quote that was four times higher than Watson, and the other two never showed up. I contacted Watson via email and they came out for a free quote. Once I had prepped the installation area, they showed up the next day, just to check and see if I was ready for them, as they were already in the area. They installed the heater, checked all the seals, and made sure I understood I could call back if there were any problems when I finally got the pool up and running.The guys who visited were friendly and courteous, and their price was far below the other quote I received. They did a tidy and speedy job, and were pleasant to chat with during the installation.I would highly recommend Watson Mechanical based on the experience I had this past week.

Our pressure tank blew a hole last night and a plumber was at our place within 20 minutes to fix. Super friendly and we were very happy with the experience. Thanks Watson!

We used Watson Mechanical to install a home air purifier system. From start to finish these guys are kind, courteous and professional. No hassle getting a quote. Their office staff are friendly and call when they say they will. Their employees are super friendly and didn't mind our kids lurking on them with curiosity as they worked on our furnace. Watson Mechanical is also fair in price, which is hard to find in Renfrew County. Watson Mechanical will definitely be our got-to people for HVAC and plumbing needs. Had a plumbing issue and experienced the joy of calling other service providers who told me they couldn't take on any additional plumbing work for several weeks...one even quoted me 1000 dollars to replace a sewage sump pump prior to even hearing the symptoms" of the issue. I called Watson Mechanical

Had a single unit ductless heat pump system installed this summer. Some delays getting equipment due to Covid (outside these guys control), and I did have to poke on occasion for updates, but the installation was very professionally done (including good care and attention to keeping my floors clean by laying down carpet everywhere they had to walk in their work boots), and system working great! Would recommend.

From initial call to technicians visit we had amazing service. Fixed our AC problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
