The young women working at the counter is always lovely but whoever looks after orders is unreliable. We order food for our dog and we ask them to call us when our order is in. They never call. We are currently looking at getting our dog food somewhere else as this happened for many orders even after we tell them specifically to call us when it arrives. At times they have given our orders away as well to other customers, this has happened several times. So if you do not have to order dog food for your pet then this is a great place but if you NEED to order food then be prepared to NEVER get a call to let you know its in or be prepared that your order will be given to other customers then you are left with none.

Probably the most friendly environment of all pet stores. The manager has such a wide base knowledge and advice on all the products I asked about today.

It was pretty nice location but did seem like the male associate was trying to stay away even even I asked for help, there were 2 people on at the time it seemed and he was trying to put an order away it seemed so I understand he was busy but I just needed help lifting a bag of food

Best Pet Planet in the city. I always stop by when in the area. Customer service is amazing. I'm always offered a hand out with my bags of kitty litter, and I am always acknowledged when I walk in the door.

This is how pet stores should be. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about your experience and always have a friendly greeting when you arrive.They have all receipts stored on their system for easy returns if need be.They offer 20% off on bags of dog food if there is tips or tears in the bag.They have customer appreciation day where they give away loads of free stuff for your pets.They offer the best advice on their products and their own personal opinion regardless of the price because sometimes the most expensive isn't always the best.They provided a gentle fitting for winter boots for my Kelpie to make sure we had the right size.I always go here and it's always worth it.

I went in to possibly get my dog more food because he hasnt been eating. When I went in I spoke with the manager who was working who was lovely and insightful. At first I was worried I'd have to spend a lot of money on a new dog food but rather than that the lady I spoke with explain many better products that I could use to enhance my dogs current food. I learned alot and had a great interaction. I will definitely be going back from now on

Our favorite local pet store! The owner is super knowledgeable and very friendly. It's nice to walk in and feel comfortable in your local store, I find this is not common in a big city. All of the staff is friendly and they are willing to consider bringing in products that you are looking for. We love the free dog cookies on the way out!
