Raymond seems very knowledgeable, with experience as a german car master mechanic. He can do most major repairs, including engine rebuilds from what I was told.He was able to save us quite a bit vs the dealers’ quote on our visit. He also showed us what he was doing every step of the way, to keep us updated. With some experience with car modification myself, I was quite impressed with the demeanour of both himself, and the other shop employees.While I was there, a customer came in with a seized brake caliper. He instantly lent her his own car to use while he was fixing ours and couldn’t get to hers. Take note that there currently is no sign for his shop. Raymond says that this will be changed soon. It is on the west side of the building, beside the Complete Auto Service Shop.

Raymond is an excellent mechanic! He's done several repairs for our family cars and goes the extra mile for his customers. Also makes sure I get a lot more mileage out of our older" cars - a 2008 Honda and a 2011 Mazda! I was referred to him by my daughter and she was right - he is very trustworthy

Had my brakes done for my BMW X1 and they were done punctually, reasonably priced and most importantly working just as well as the OEM just as Raymond said they would. Will be taking my wife's Macan in on Friday and expect I will get the same A1 treatment.

Came to Raymond from a recommendation from my friend Marcel.There was a slight problem with my brakes and my car was making a weird noise that I was concerned about. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable while explaining what was required to be fixed. He was in no way pushy about fixing additional things on my car which I absolutely loved! He fixed the car quickly and even gave me local food recommendations while I waited :)He was a fantastic help and a truly genuine guy. I will completely support his business moving forward as I believe he runs it the right way!

Ray is my absolute go to when it comes to my car. He is honest about what needs to be done and what can be left alone. Very reasonable prices. A professional and genuine person. I dropped my car off and had planned to pick it up, but Ray called and offered to drop my car off as he was passing through my workplace to get parts for another job. Glad I found Ray’s shop, will be going here going forward.

Very pleased with the service and advice given by Raymond. Helped my wife and I to source parts at non dealer prices and saved us a lot of money. Unless you need to maintain a warranty or there is a recall I see no need going to the dealership. Will recommend RAF Auto Clinic to my friends.

Raymond was very helpful in accommodating me during a busy weekend, to get my seasonal tire changeover. The work was done very well and for a great price. Good, honest service. I even got a quote for some minor bumper rash, to which Raymond said not to worry about getting done until before my lease is up. Thanks, will be back again!

I usually have winter tires changed before the snow comes. This year I was procrastinating or the snow just came earlier than usual. Anyway, I was trying to find a garage that could give me an appointment same day as I was off today. I know it'd be a challenge. I called a few garages in my area but they were either too busy to pick up the phone or booked up till next week. As my hope was going south I run into RAF Auto Clinic’s website. I was happy to find they have online booking system and I was so lucky to book the last appointment of the day.Raymond is a very nice and down to earth technician. He gave me options to sit and watch him working on my car in the garage or in the waiting room. He guided me to the waiting room when I preferred the latter. Before Raymond started, I brought up my concern on the brakes. Raymond assured me that he will check when changing tires and let me know about the brake condition. In the middle, he came to waiting room and invited me to check the brake. He explained in detail on what parts need to replace and the reason. Service and parts quote are honest and fair. I immediately booked another appointment for the brake this Saturday and told my family member about RAF. It is still snowing outside and I am so glad that I have my winter tires on.
