Je suis sur place. Il est présentement 7h00 .il n'y a personne. Aucune note devant la porte. Ça ouvre normalement à 6h30. Je suis vraiment déçue. De plus il faut payer le stationnement

Bad experience! Called to make an appointment and was dissapointed to learn that there only have walk-in services. I went to the first location they gave me to find out from the new tennant that the lab had moved to another location months ago! What a time loss! I found my way to the second location only to find paid parking in the middle of laval (giant free parking lots available at every other building) and a waiting line a mile long. Left and never went back. Found better service with another provider.

Probablement la pire des cliniques(J'ai noté 1 étoile car zéro étiole n'est pas disponible)--Ne retourne pas les appels--Ne prends pas ses messages--Ne respecte pas l'heure des rendez-vous(décalé de plus de 2h a chaque fois)--quelques fois les rendez-vous sont reportés--finalement on entre mais on est bousculé dans le temps(5 minutes hop une requete hop une prescription bye bye)--si vous oubliez votre masque il vont vous en VENDRE un a 1$ (C'est illégal)--(ma médecin de famille nie tout ceci)--j'aimerais changer de médecin de famille maisc'est trop compliqué

BUYER BEWARE: Do not use Dynacare for a travel PCR Covid test. They guarantee results within 30 hours, however, I did not receive my results within the 57 hour timeframe before my flight. I repeat: I paid $155 for a PCR test and I never received the results. I did my test on Friday at 9:30 AM for a Sunday evening flight. I was told that I would receive an email to validate my account in order to receive my results. I never received the email. They had provided a backup option, which was to make an account on DynacarePlus to receive my results. They were never uploaded. Only the billing PDF was uploaded, but never my results. The third backup was to call a 1-888 customer service number, however, it is not open on weekends. How do you run a TRAVEL PCR COVID TESTING SITE and have no way for customers to reach help or the lab over the weekend? This was an absolutely horrific experience and caused undue stress and panic as I had to find an alternative rapid test on the day of my flight, not even knowing if it would be accepted for my destination. I left voicemails for Dynacare, a customer satisfaction survey, and messages on Twitter and still haven’t heard back. This company does not care for its customers whatsoever and should not be trusted.

I found last minute that I needed to also show proof of negative test for traveling and was looking for a place to book in a rush. Dynacare was mot my first choice but i looked up other places that dis not have availability and prices were steep. I was worries when I went to see the reviews online however I had the most professional and courteous service. Everything was explained to me several times for the process of getting the result via email and via app or how to contact the customer service. Email address and personal data was verified in the beginning and end of the appointment. Test done at 6:45 AM. Received the first email to validate around 2-3PM same day and by 7:30 PM had the test result. One thing i want to mention is that their email seems to go to junk folder. This happened when i booked my appointment and when i got the first emIl from then to validate my email. But then again it could be just my email setting.

I regret for the few people with the negative reviews are the only ones posting. I did the RT-PCR test for travellers on Thur Sept 2nd 2021at 7.30AM, Location:1885 Rue Maurice-Gauvin, Laval.The nurse took both the throat and nasal swabs. Very formal & professional service! IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS VERIFIED when they send first email, YOU WON'T GET RESULT delivered in your inbox!They advertize this service to report results in 30 hrs and make you sign Consent form for no liabilty. I was shocked to get a speedy result SAME DAY at 7PM!!The only problem result was 1 day too early and was going to impact validity of 72 hrs at destination country for my long distance flight.On this Friday morning , I rushed to book & pay an extra pcr test at Lillium facility for same day result (paid cheaper fee, was less worried about reliability) just to have a backup, newer PCR test in case of flight delays, didnt want my early result to cause holdup .Overall, Dynacare Laval gave quick , reliable delivery of PCR test result.
