College Park
New food court seating but same old tired food court stalls and most closed up. College Park is actually the original Eaton’s store. Believe it or not Eaton’s was the first retailerto actually use price tags. Prior to that, everything was done out of the merchants call on what the price was. The building has a beautiful art deco design. There is an amazing venue, called the Carlu on the top floor for events and weddings. Most people confuse the building next door (777 Bay) as part of college park. It is not. They are two separate buildings. So the Dollarama, the LCBO and the service Ontario office are not truly part of College Park, however, they are attached. You can access the Aura building (Yonge and Gerard) through college park (although a bit awkward) which is a broken part of the PATH which will hopefully be connected to the Eaton center someday. The plug in the basement level reads: EATON'S-COLLEGE STREET STOREBUILT 1928-30ROSS 8 MAGDONALD, SPROATT B ROLPE ARCHITECTSDESIGNATED UNDER THE ONTARIO HERITAGE act

College Park is a little hidden gem located just outside Toronto's Gay Village that provides both affordable and stylish retail options. There is a food court located in the lower level. Across from the food court is a Metro grocery store that provides many specials throughout the week. If you just moved to the area and are looking for a good place to furnish your condo or apartment, The Brick is a good furniture store to check out with some really friendly staff. If your coming in on the subway, there is a direct entrance to the lower level at College Station.

It’s not too big but it has a lot of useful stores inside such as metro, winner, Starbucks, kfc. It’s good enough for residents who are living around college station. The interior design is nice, old and modern mixed style. You can get the subway from inside the mall as well

Nice but not clean enough. You can bring your family here and enjoy the evening. Buy coffee or snacks from the nearby starbucks and metro.

The place is a complex of several buildings, facilities, and stores. Multiple residential buildings on Bay street plus 700 Bay that hosts stores and food courts like Metro Supermarket, Starbucks, Taco bell, Rexdall Pharmacy, fitness centre, LCBO, Ontario Services Center, and several other stores. The good size park is on the back side center between all the buildings.

Sandwiches are ok, but not worth the price point. I received a sandwich with a pittance of meat, which absolutely was not enough for the price. Used to be cheap good eats, now it seems expensive for what you get.

Pretty cool place to shop, lounge and work at. College Park is a gorgeous building half of which is from 1930s and the other half which is more modern. Has a few shops and a very small food court and well as an outdoor area where you can lounge in the summer. Give it a try!

College Park is both an urban park, condo residence and retail shops in multiple buildings the whole precinct takes up a full and very large city block. There is direct access to the main shopping areas from the Line1 College subway station.

College Park is a staple undergoing plaza. It is nicely renovated and fresh looking. Metro looks great and is as busy as always.Nice to see that many older stores are still there in business.Starbucks did not look busy compared to others, but could be staffed better.Bathrooms have moved to the food court.
