This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had. I hate to leave a bad review but when you are moving, which is already a stressful situation, I would recommend choosing a different company as this one just added to our stress. They seemed incredibly unorganized. The movers themselves were fine, and all our stuff got here fine, so for that I am grateful. But other than that, the people that I communicated with to arrange and contract the move, pick up and delivery seemed to be overworked or just a lack of resources to keep communication straight.

I am writing this testimonial for Alliance Van Lines. I have been using them for 2 years now and they are always on time and very professional. The crews that come to my house are always well organized, polite, and efficient. They take good care of my furniture and belongings and make sure everything is in order before they leave. I can't recommend them enough!

1.9 is too much that has give to this company. i was cancelled last minute after I paid them money for a specific date (this is when I confirmed the availability and I was assured for the availability). I had to give my payment details 4 times as the 1st 3 times they did not write correctly. Please go for some other moving company than this.

I’m not sure why this company gets so many negative reviews, I just used them to move from Toronto to Vancouver, and it was an excellent experience.Nelly, the sales rep was a delight to work with. She was extremely helpful and always responded to my many questions in a timely manner.When my furniture was picked up in Toronto, the movers were professional and took great care in packing everything.My things arrived and in Vancouver in a timely fashion and communication was good throughout the entire process.My only complaint would be with the guys who delivered my furniture in Vancouver. They came across as a bit careless, and if I hadn’t laid down old bed sheets on the condo floor, they would have tracked in a lot of dirt and grime.Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer. Their rates are reasonable as wellOne thing I’d like to recommend as well would be that they come up with a system in order to track the delivery.I would use Alliance again in in the future.

I've been using Alliance Van Lines for years now and I've always been happy with their service. The last time I used them, they were able to move all my stuff in one day and they were very careful with my furniture and fragile items. They also had a great team who was always in good moods, no matter how hard the work was. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company!

ZERO STARS! Stay away from this company!!It was the worst service I have ever experienced. The movers DELIBERATELY damaged ALL MY BOXES and furniture- causing thousands of dollars of damage. They told me it was because I packed the boxes not full and not wrap my things. Everything was well tagged, wrapped and packed. They never explained that a move from Edmonton to Québec would imply that my shipment will be handled 4 TIMES (4 trucks!). The lost 2 boxes (it's been a year and never found them). The movers damaged a wall, very late, wanted extra money to load snow blower (even though it was already in my quote). The broke my bbq and stains on mattress all the boxes and dishes broken. On a move that cost me 2500$, the only refunded 30$.. Are they kidding- the damage was worth more than that. Awful movers but sort of nice folks on the customer client side of things. But they 30$... was a joke- for all the trouble I went through. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! So happy I am not moving anymore… ouf, what a stressful ordeal!

We moved from BC (Kelowna) to (Markham) Ontario in the dead of winter of 2022. We received excellent service. Nelly was our rep and she was great to deal with and extremely responsive. Always had someone respond by phone or email which was great. The packing was well done by courteous professional team. The unloading team were equally professional and worked hard. Jack, our driver, and team leader, was very easy to work with. He kept us informed along the way and took inventory which was great. Left us with a copy once completed. He asked us if we wanted mattress covers and we did want those.We have moved multiple times and had some very bad experiences but I would recommend this company to anyone. I was very impressed because the final price was close to the original quote which is always a concern when moving long distance.

I have used Alliance Van Lines on a few occasions now and they are always professional and efficient. They offer a great moving experience with safe and reliable service at an affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for movers.

BOTTOM LINE: Don't use this company. They charged my senior mother out of nowhere. They demanded it be paid before they'd unload (extra fees for unloading) and then charged storage fees when we didn't pay immediately. We're putting a complaint in to the federal government for their business practices. I think they're criminal. Also they ran over the neighbours lawn and broke every second box they moved.We paid over 2600 for the privelage of their terribleness.
