Nutrition Balance

I never cook and I’ve tried so many different premade meal plans in Canada & USA and I’m very impressed how great the food is ! I signed up for 4 meal plan and I lost 7 pounds already in one week ! So excited to see the results ! I was very surprised that I was able to eat im very everything from cookies to chips etc ! This might seem pricey but with inflation and all I think it’s a great deal !I’m very satisfied with the quality of the food !!

Loved my time with nutrition balance! The food is delicious, fresh and I could still have my favorite things in moderation (cheese, pasta) AND lose weight. I’ve always been told that was impossible. Customer service is great, everyone is so accommodating. Even down to delivery, they have a tracker and the driver keeps in touch if they may be a bit later than usual. Makes it easy to make sure you’re home to get the food in the fridge! Even if you’re a bit behind in your day, the food comes in bags to keep it nice and cool. The only 2 things I’d implement with nutrition balance is to have a system that consistently reminds you if you have not selected your meals so you can do so. I love your fail safe of getting meals selected for you if you miss that Friday deadline but for some who have intolerances this doesn’t work out too well. The last is to implement a program to recycle or reuse those bags our food comes in and give the customer and incentive in exchange. I feel bad throwing out perfectly good bags which can definitely be reused! Especially now that they’re done up so nicely with the logo and everything! Overall, the experience I had with nutrition balance was wonderful. I lost about 20 pounds over 3 months and I’d recommend them to any/everyone looking to make a life change.

This service is a delicious and non-frustrating way to lose weight. I was surprised that the diet plan was so delicious and nutritious. You don't have to starve yourself, and you will not feel like cheating on you diet because it's pretty yummy! Having someone simply write out a diet plan is not as effective as this delivery of portion controlled meals because I myself get lazy when it comes to measuring and cooking ingredients with precision. Lastly, if you love fruit and nuts and berries, and yogurt, like me, you will be able to make your own snack every day with this meal plan. Keep up the great work Nutrition Balance! Saved me loads of money and frustration with other 'written' plans which I never had the desire to follow.

I started nutrition balance about 3 weeks ago and am already down 5 pounds. The food is delicious and delivered in a timely, convenient way. The support offered by the nutritionist is extremely helpful and I'm finding that that support is helping me stay committed to my weight loss goal. I wish I had started this sooner! It has been the only thing that has helped me lose weight.
