Absolute terrible service from the assistant manager (Nicole). I asked her for some recommendations and she acted completely bothered by it. She was very rude and had an awful attitude. I've been to many Cosmo Profs in the country - my mother has been a loyal customer for over a decade. Generally the Cosmo Profs are great. This one had the worst employee - highly suggest you avoid this location and for the company to reevaluate who they have leading their store.

Too bad we can't give negative stars!! I have to agree with the others who have had a terrible experience at this place. I've been there several times, because the location is convenient and have yet to have a good experience. On one occasion they refused to do a return because I didn't have the receipt. I mentioned that they should be able to look up my purchases using my Cosmoprof card number. I was told to call the head office and ask for a bunch of information. When I got the head office on the phone, the customer service rep told me its the store that should be calling to get this information and then proceeded to apologize for the rep in the store. I have ordered items that were on monthly promo but out of stock and I've never received a call to tell me that the order was in. On another occasion I stood at the cash to a full 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter yapped away on her cell phone on a personal call. Based on principal, I just stood there staring at her, just to see how long it would take for her to hang up and actually do her job and cash me out. Everyone who works at his location is just ridiculous and has no clue whatsoever! I just shop elsewhere or if its something i can't get elsewhere I drive west the extra 20 minutes to their location near Oakville. The staff at that location is 100 times better.

Contacted them via Phone Number as I have found lost keys with their Fob on it. Nicole provided me with no extra help and was far from conscientious. Rude, rushed and hardly acknowledged the effort I'm putting in to return their customers car keys.

Best place to do beauty products and hair products shopping. Requires license to buy any product.

I would never recommend pregnant women to shop at this location. They had me standing outside in a snow storm when I was 9 months pregnant during the last day before they closed for the Covid lockdown. I called the staff asking if I could skip the long line up and the staff rejected me and said unfortunately I have to wait in line with everyone else. When I complained and fought with the staff that this is extremely disturbing behaviour towards pregnant women they finally let me in only to make me feel so guilty. This is extremely disturbing. I could have slipped and fell outside and the staff did not care about me or my baby’s safety. Very sad to see that these women in Cosmoprof have zero compassion towards pregnant women.

Was a bit disappointed. The shelves were not stocked up. Usually is a great place to shop. Perhaps it's bcoz of covid restrictions. Hopefully it will get better. Thank you.Sakirah

Great store with really good products. The sales are terrific! Kind clientele as well.

I don't recommend this place for shoping they over charge me and say mistake in cash register cannot read the bare code properly and they don't wont to refend my mony back also thy did mistake by my order and they don't to be refund bc covied covied its umbrella to protect this business when they do mistake and you find it if you dont look in your reced from this place you lost your mony ...
