Very disappointed. I don't get responses and I have unfinished work that has been waiting for attention. Many problems with stonework and concrete and its only my 2nd pool season. The mess that was left is unacceptable but the owner has never came to even look at it. Coping had to be replaced after one season and they did it in late fall 2020. The worker was very unhappy about having to do the job and intentionally made a huge mess. There is concrete stuck to the bottom of the pool. Mortar all over the liner under the coping that won't be able to be removed without causing damage. The caulking needs replacing because it was done when it was too cold and when he ran out of caulking he tried to shove mortar in-between the stones with his hands. It looks like a young child did it. He chipped a chunk of concrete out of the deck and patched it with his hands and a very different color. Never was a level used when placing the stones and the existing adhesive from the previous stones wasn't removed. I was told by Dave when I paid the remainder owing that he would be out first thing in the spring to look at it. Haven't seen him. This process with this company started 2018. I asked for some money back so I can get someone to fix it but that request was denied. I regret paying in full but trusted he would follow through with what I was told.

Beyond disappointed in this company. Started the process twice to try to sign a contract with this company. The first sales guy disappeared and then the second sale girl seemed great but half way through negotiating the contract she completely ghosted us. Wouldn’t return phone calls, texts, emails. So unprofessional and so much time wasted. If they can’t even show professionalism in the contract signing process imagine once we had given them money! So glad we didn’t give them a cent! Stay away!

Been tryng to purchase an A7L hot tub from here since the middle of June. The Sales Rep Cory keeps sending me the wrong link for the financing and since then nothing. The phone is never answered!! I have left multiple voice messages and have yet to get a call back.Trevor FThank you for your reply.To clarify, I did originally get 3 quotes from dealers in the area. The one dealer asked what quote I got and wanted to match it. They could not at which point, I did tell Cory that I would proceed with the quote I received from you. The finance link was sent, however it was the dealers link and I never heard anything since I sent an email stating that.Understood, We have an understanding.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also very friendly. They have all your pool and spa chemicals and other stuff you need. Plus a selection of spas in the showroom. Stop in if you have questions or just browsing for a new spa. Worth the stop.

After a few months of planning and construction, Dave and his crew finished up our new in ground pool. Their commitment and attention to detail has been terrific and we are thrilled to dive in next summer!

I really want to give 1 star.The service is really bad. They refused to full refund on the vacuum cleaner, only give back 50%. For the cleaner can't clean the whole pool, always missing lots of spots. They are so rude, bad service.Won't go there any more.Recommend the pioneer pool store at 74 Victoria Street in Kitchener, a much more professional store.

Communication is not high on their priority list. Had service come to help with clearing up pool and no follow up or phone call to advise the next steps. Like other clients have stated, when you leave voice mail, no return phone call. I stand corrected, they called me back instantly when I said I wanted to pay a bill.

Terrible service. I spoke with Corey and was convinced to order a part from him because if I ordered it before 11am I could potentially see it the next day because orders come in on Tuesdays and the supplier has it in stocks. It never came in. The following Tuesday I tried contacting him to ask when I could expect the part. He will not return the call. I went to the store and now he has told me that he has no idea when it will comeIn response to owner... I asked if I should pay for the part and was told not to worry about it until it came in. So I am unsure where the no commitment part comes into play.My frustration is lack of communication and that I called multiple times for an answer. Did not receive one and then I called 5 times always going to voice-mail until I used my wife's phone to call and then it was answered immediately. The girl who works there and called me to let me know about no timeliness for the part has always been very helpful and nice to deal with.

I am a new pool owner who had been abandoned by my builder. Ponds for People staff have been extremely helpful in teaching me how to manage all aspects of caring for my pool. Great customer service. Thanks Cheryl and Kat!

BEWARE- We purchased an upgraded, higher end hot tub cover from ponds for people. We received it in April 2022. We paid $700 for it. It is in our backyard with normal outdoor conditions, no children. In July 2022, 3 months later, we noticed a hole in the cover top. After sending the photo to ponds for people, they said all we can do is spend ANOTHER $300 for new material to cover it. They would not stand behind this cover after only 3 months.NO CREDIBILITY!
