Oh, where do I even begin with this place? If you have even an ounce of self-respect, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of this establishment.For more than a year, my friends and I have been subjecting ourselves to the abysmal service offered here while playing casual badminton. Now, let me clarify: the court itself is actually quite nice, bright, and new. But don't be fooled, because the service will leave you questioning your decision to step foot in this place.On May 20, 2023, we found ourselves amidst a badminton training session, which had never been an issue in the past. However, on this unfortunate day, one particular coach seemed to believe that the entire facility was his personal shouting arena. His relentless yelling and shouting near the front door disrupted our game, making it far from the enjoyable experience we had hoped for. We took it upon ourselves to voice our concerns, approaching both the coach and the front desk lady. After some back-and-forth, we managed to come up with a solution: we would inquire about the coach's presence before booking in the future and select time slots when he was not around. It wasn't an ideal resolution, but we agreed to it, understanding that the coach may not be entirely at fault.However, just as we were about to move forward, a mysterious court manager" suddenly appeared out of thin air

One of the most expensive place for court rental.Club manager was trying to kick us out when we intend to give feedback on the noise.

The rudeness of the club manager caught me off guard. When we politely expressed our willingness to negotiate for a quieter playground, he responded with emotions and dismissed our issue. It is basic Customer Service 101 to empathize with customers and show respect during communication.I cannot fathom how someone with such poor interpersonal skills ended up as the club manager. Being an expert in sports is not equivalent to proficiency in handling the business and social matters. To be honest, I would gladly pay to have him take emotional control courses.As a result of this unacceptable experience, I am extremely upset and disappointed, and I have decided that I will not return to this place again. It pains me to say this, as I have been a loyal patron since 2021. We DESERVE an apology! I can only wish the business the best of luck under the guidance of this club manager, hoping that it can still thrive despite his leadership.

Hard to get booking sometimes but very nice place. Good price as well and staff is nice.

Not a bad place. After the renovation the lighting is good and the court floor is good as well. Price is $50 an hour per court, which is pretty reasonable.For the downside, the spaces between courts is a bit tight and the walls at the back of the court is a bit close. Also there are pillars that are close to corners of some of the courts.

Extremely rude customer service. She won’t even acknowledge their business name greeting instead says Hello what do you want? And when asked for courts, utter arrogance and ignorance. Epic sports is way better at customer service and better courts.

Called ahead to book 1 hr. Was told 25$ and i repeated the cost back to her and she confirmed 25$/hr for 1 court.When we arrived, it became 35$ for an hr.Never going back again. Save your time and money and head to epic badminton sports instead!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!If you've ever been here, you'd know that there are many children taking badminton lessons, and it has never been an issue before. However, on the afternoon of 5/20/2023, there was a talented child playing with his coach who made a lot of noise. They were shouting and yelling throughout their training, filling the entire court with their voices. My friends and I were constantly startled by their loudness. I approached the student politely and asked them to lower their voices, but both the student and the coach seemed confused, stating that it was their way of training. I explained that I understood the coach's intention to motivate the student, but it was severely affecting our experience. Despite our efforts, we couldn't effectively communicate with the student, so we decided to approach the front desk for assistance.The person at the front desk empathized with our concerns and suggested providing us with the coach's name so that we could schedule our playing time separately. Just as we thought this solution was acceptable, a person claiming to be the club manager approached us and deemed our request unreasonable. They stated that they couldn't ask the coach to stop talking. I clarified that we fully understood and acknowledged that we also make noise while playing. We weren't asking for complete silence; we simply wanted them to lower their voices to maintain mutual respect and find a compromise. We all come here to enjoy our playing time, and we wished to avoid any unpleasant incidents. However, this so-called manager claimed that in all his years of playing, he had never encountered such an unreasonable request from customers and expressed the hope that we wouldn't return. I couldn't help but laugh at such an unprofessional way of handling the situation. The manager's attitude fell short of even a new receptionist's professionalism. Ultimately, they offered us a refund for two days.Considering that Can's primary income doesn't rely on renting the court to us amateur players, but rather on conducting training classes for students, it seems they don't give a single F" about our experience as regular players.
