Wow what an experience! Michel and his co-workers made our visit to Percé unforgettable. We were a group of 22 and it was not that easy to find a place for us to eat all together. Michel helped us with the pick-up first night and invited us over for the 2nd night. Food was amazing (especially - lobster and fetuccini with shrimps), atmosphere is very friendly, hospitality and sense of respect are beyond the standards! I would put 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended place for a supper in Percé! Call and pre-reserve or just show up

We had a wonderful lobster dinner. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly. With a little help from a translator app, we didn’t have any problems with communication.

First and foremost, I want to start this review by recognizing how great our server was. We didn't catch his name, but without his great service, this place surely would be 2 stars from us. We came as a group of 5, with only one of us speaking French. He was very patient with us and even allowed us to speak to him in English, rather than having our one French speaker say everything. He let us know his English wasn't the best, but he understood a bit. He was fantastic, kind, and patient.I won't speak to what everybody else ordered, other than to say it mostly fell in the same range of rating. The seafood linguini was pretty good, at first. The seafood tasted fresh, and had a good bit of flavour. However, the amount of pasta and sauce to seafood felt off, and often each bite tasted bland, as the seafood flavour wasn't really imparted into the sauce itself. The serving size was good for the price, but again, mostly bland pasta and sauce, so by the time I was done, I was not enjoying the meal anymore. On top of this, the staff and (probably) local patrons smoke so close to the entrance that the restaurant smelled of stale cigarettes. It was not pleasant whatsoever. On top of this, the lighting was very dim, but not in any nice way. Felt very dingy. This place seems like a good place to go after a day at work to grab some beers and fries with some buddies, but perhaps not the best destination for dining.

Located outside of town crowd, very nice and extremely kind staff, portions are very big, simple and delicious, for both adults and kids, kids portions were adjusted to our needs, highly recommended!!!

I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! The owner is so professional, accomodating, gracious, patient and friendly. We came in very late and he really went above and beyond for us. The food I had was delicious. Our whole crowd loved it. It's the best seafood I've ever had. Try the cod cakes and the scallops! Out of this world! We're going back tonight for lobster. Can't wait! Thank you chef Michel and assistant Alex!!

For the dishes, I would definitely give 5 stars, the dishes are unexpectedly good in such small local place like this one. The only concern is, we better learn good French before going. The staffs are very friendly and encourage us to use Google translate instead, but I feel like to speak a bit more French will do respect to their service.

This place did not disappoint for a fresh lobster dinner. It is on the outskirts of town and it’s next to an RV camping park. You order your lobster and it’s pulled fresh out of the tank to cook for you. It was served with a nice Spinach salad and pan fried potatoes. We started with a fish soup and finished with a chocolate raspberry cake. Prices are less then the touristy spots in town a 10 minute walk away. It’s good homey fresh unpretentious cooking. The locals drink at the bar. It reminded me of a Vancouver local “Ouisi” that we used to frequent. If I lived in the beautiful quaint town of Perce, I would be frequenting this spot. It’s unpretentious and the locals are friendly.

So, I was looking for a place to eat in Perce and came across this cute restaurant that seemed to offer A LOT of what I enjoy. Good food, good wine, good ambiance. Made reservations earlier that day. Showed up to find out that our reservation was not taken. However, the owner, as frantic as he was, made an effort to seat us. He did, and we found ourselves towards the back right of the restaurant where we could people watch without being seen.In doing so, we noticed a few things.1. We could see that there were a few tables who had been ignored or forgotten about for a long period of time, with an extremely obvious look of frustration on their faces.2. The area we were sitting in, was next to an area that was closed off by drapes. There was a strong smell of cigarettes, to which we brought to the owner's attention. He was just as confused as we were, and he gladly moved us to another seat (in his frantic way).3. Once seated at our new seats on the left side of the restaurant, we noticed that we too have now been ignored from a service standpoint, as we had not received any menu's or water. We then look up to see the owner (who I should mention is also the waiter) taking the orders of a table that walked in 20 minutes after us!4. And I cannot stress this enough, this is the worst part for me. As he is taking the order of the table that came in way after us, we overhear him say they ran out of lobster! The only reason I came!At this point, low level of service, frustrated guests and ran out of their main dish, we decided to leave.I leave a 3 star review because I do believe that it isn't easy to run a restaurant, seemingly on your own. I respect the grind, but that was just a very bad day.If you do decide to go, I hope you have a better experience than I had, enjoy!

Friendly service, delicious locally sourced seafood. We reserved at the last minute and the owner made our family of six (with young kids) feel welcome.

Stumbled across this place on our first night in Percé and I'm glad we did ! The food was great, run by a super friendly family. Seemed like the only place in Percé that was not 100% touristy. We went back on our second night.
