Serving size was very small. I even wrote to the company and not even an apology. This was not worth 15ish bucks. In total we spent around $40. Flavour was acceptable but price doesn’t match amount. My kid was still hungry. Sad we use to love this place even though it was more expensive than other fast food locations.

We just had a couple of these new burgers, and my wife and I were really disappointed. We always loved the burgers here. So now we will only be getting the ice cream cakes from here. It’s sad how management makes changes for the worse. Bad move DQ….

Avoid"This place has gone down hill. No buddy speaks English which is an issue when trying to explain your order. They nuked my wife's chicken fingers and the burgers where not fresh

Ever since the new ownership the cooked food had always been an absolute disappointment, i feel like some of employees are just ignorant family members of the owner of this location work here and don’t put any pride in their services. The food tonight was awful, for one I didn’t receive what I ordered, after taking a bite of the burger I felt it was uncooked, upon further inspection it noticed it was indeed, uncooked. I asked for a new burger and asked for it to be cooked better. Once I received my new burger it was once again barely cooked, not to mention tastes exactly like the frozen Pattie’s from Costco.. the ice cream is probably the only thing that keeps people coming to this location, if only there was another location in Saint John that served food, other than ice cream. I feel like it would easily put this place out of business. Dairy Queen should be ashamed of this particular store. The food is never as shown and always very poorly prepared.

I ordered mushroom cheeseburger “thinking” the patties were made of mushroom (my bad; so yeah I was assuming it was all vegan) but I tasted meat, I went to the staff and confirmed it and threw away my burger. The staff were all vegetarian so they understood my struggle and then made me this vegetarian burger (it’s not in the menu!!) so not sure how to reorder it again. But yeah 1000/10 the vegetarian burger was bomb and for those staff members +, they gave me faith back in humanity ❤️❤️!
