This place was extremely slow at taking care of the patients getting their bloodwork. I have never experienced such slow work done. There has to be more staff hired or something else needs to change to get people through In a productive manner!!!

If I could just give this a ZERO STAR I WOULD!!For a lab bloodtest:Waited outside for almost an hour, then another hour inside. Then the lab tech is really incompetent. I have waited for nothing!! She couldn’t find my veins for the bloodtest (firsttime ever happened to me, I always had my bloodtest work done there!!) — the labtech is obviously a new hire.. well, seems that way. She gave me two pokes already which is the maximum poke according to their policy, and nothing has been done that day. It was very frustrating!! She told me to come back the next day and I didn’t have to go to the line. But freak that traumatized me. I told my family abt it and they told me I should complain about it but I didn’t because what I just really wanted to do was go home!!When u have limited time of the week with a busy schedule...the fvcking frustration it brings! ARGGHHH!!!!

I’ve never had problems when I attend my blood work, fast, friendly and helpful experience with all staff.

No problems at all. Walked in, no wait, saw me immediately and did the tests they were supposed to. In and out in 15 mins. Everyone was lovely, helpful and professional. Will definitely go back

Was there on a Friday morning, right at 9. A lot of people were already inside. The wait just over 30 mins. The person who took my blood was friendly. Quick and painless.

Elaine is nice and friendly, i had a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, i was there at around 11:30am, and i'm done in 15 mins.

It was a breeze when I went today 2 minutes wait and I was called already. The lady lab technician is very friendly. 5 stars for me!

Slow & staff do not know how to draw blood! Waited 1.5 hours for absolutely NOTHING. Left with my requisition and no blood drawn....

Online registering makes a big different, it let you know how long is the wait time, been there a few times for blood works and both times I waited no longer than 10mins..

The lab tech was slow as molasses, taking half an hour to process each person. AND there's only one of them working the lab! The covid screening lady uses arbitrary decision making to determine who gets what place in line -- she lets an old lady cut ahead of everyone else because the self-entitled son tells a sob story about his mom having cancer. Then two minutes later a middle-aged couple asks if they can leave and come back while maintaining their place in the line -- and the covid screening lady says no, because if they come back then people who have just arrived will complain that they cut in line. So yeah, she really should have zero authority. Overall, a mind-numbing experience.
