We cannot believe the professionalism empathy and compassion we received from Gateway when we had to put our dog Duchess down. She had such a peaceful passing, it was exactly how we hoped she would pass. We’ve never been there before, they’ve never seen Duchess before, until the day she was put down. And they treated her, and us, like we have been going there for years. They treated the situation very delicately. We will be taking all of our business there from now on. Thank you Gateway, we will NEVER forget what you did for us!!P.S. when we saw the whole staff had signed the sympathy card you guys gave us, we really broke down. It was so thoughtful of you guys. ❤️❤️❤️

My dog recently got sick end of last week, I brought him in to see Victor, who figured out the issue, and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He also stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was going how he expected it would days following! He went through everything and made sure I was aware of price points of each option. 3 days later, our dog is basically back to normal. Our appointment was not very costly, and there were no hidden fees. Thanks Again!

Dr. Victor is an amazing veterinarian, who is kind and caring with his patients. Offers loads of great advice and always goes the extra mile. His entire office team is positive and helpful. You are always greeted with a smile!

The staff here is amazing, they are all very sweet and always have your pets best interest at heart. I always feel comfortable and confident bringing my pets here under Victor's care, so thank you all again for the work you do.

I don't know if it was the shot or the Nexgard that I gave my dog after we got home but her condition deteriorated and became quite scary very quickly. She had trouble walking, her breathing was labored, laying down caused her pain, she wouldn't take food or water, was extremely lethargic. This continued well into the next day when she began vomiting. Her condition has improved and her energy and appetite have returned but she is still vomiting and is still a bit under the weather. The experience at the office was a positive one and the vet on call that evening was somewhat helpful. Trying to book the initial appointment online was a minor nightmare. The multiple forms, photos, emails and texts over two days was a bit much. Completing my tax return was quicker and easier. I will just phone in for appointments from now on.

Our pup, Sunshine, needed to be seen for an ear infection. We live over 4 hours away and were able to get an appointment in a timely manner and get her back on the healing path asap. Thank you.

We started using Gateway just over a year ago. Our experiences have been nothing but wonderful! They provide affordable services, are kind and compassionate, and are able to accommodate emergencies. My 13 year old pup that used to hate going to the vet, now gets excited to go.

Very caring and helpful veterinarian. He explained our dog's condition and gave some instruction on care in her senior life. The appointment wait time to schedule future appointments is reasonable and I felt we were well looked after.
