Apostle Septic Service

I called Apostle Septic Service at 8 am on a Saturday, as I was having a significant drain issue I thought might be septic-related. Unfortunately they don’t serve my area but he was kind enough to take a couple of minutes to explain to me what to look for to rule out whether it was indeed a septic issue. Very helpful guy!

Of all days to encounter a problem..... Christmas Eve!Considering the day, I assumed nothing would be done until after Christmas. I was certain something needed to be done much sooner. Being a Houlton resident, I called Apostle Septic Service since they were also in Houlton. Without hesitation, Chris came out to inspect my property and determined my tank needed to be pumped out. He left, returned with his pump truck and took care of everything. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, his courtesy, and his empathetic demeanor. Especially under such short notice! Apostle has acquired me as a life long customer from this experience.Hats off!

Chris stopped by today for an alarm on our new home which we are not moved into yet to assess what the issue might be. He provided recommendations for a resolution to our builder and the installer and some items that will help us in the future.

Chris came out on a Friday night to pump out our septic tank when it backed up into our basement. After pumping he assessed the situation and gave his recommendations for a permanent fix. From moment we called all the through the permanent fix it was evident that he truly cares about his customers and goes above beyond to make sure they are taken care of. Highly recommend for all your septic needs.

Chris has taken care of our septic system and pumping requirements for 20 years. He showed up in emergencies, including when we froze once. He doesn't push stuff on you that you don't need and doesn't waste time talking. He does a competent job and is extremely reliable.
