They have given the wrong medication about 5 times in a row.I am a diabetic that gets wrong blood capters, wrong blood testing strips. yet its in my file waiting for pharmacy to open gave me wrong blood capters again.....Sadly so incompetent. Do not assume they got medication right. Also I have not been able to get blood work done they always say they will call back with appointment and never call back finally went down to talk with pharmacist who stated they have no more nurse visiting there. why did workers not know. Total mess should be shut down its dangerous. I was given wrong testing strips again and told them 3 minutes after i received wrong ones they were not oppened and the pharmacist did not refund.I said this is weird given I did not walk away from counter and also given my meds are covered by government. No refund to government Seems criminal. I spread Love all I do yet this place is a vortex of inability .......ps 24 hr wait now to fill perscriptions to add insult to injury well done guys.

My family and I have been customers of this pharmacy for close to 40 years. The pharmacists and the service had always been great. For the past 6 months or so it has degenerated.Just about every time I pick up my prescriptions there is an error. The errors are not what medication I received, but rather the quantities provided (ex. needed 90 pills for 30 days but received 60 instead).I have taken to checking the items received before leaving.

Absolutely rude cashier,Today Sunday Mar 26, at 7:40 pm, I went to buy some groceries and Nicorett Gum.There was a lady cashier She had a couple of customers, so I used the self check out.By the time I'm done scanning and paying at the self check out machine she had already done with the customers and free.I asked her to please unlock the plastic safety box they keep the Nicorett gum inside, she said in a rude way, did you pay for this?!I said yes, she ignored me and tried to search on her system,I thought she might be checking the last receipt purchased since not many customers are there. After a while, keeping me in front of her so you paid for this, then she asked to see the receipt, I gave it to her, it took her a few mins to figure where is this item on the receipt, by that time there were two customers already waiting behind me. She kept on checking the receipt and the system after a couple of minutes, she then started unlocking the box.If this is the case, what is the use of self check out??She wasn't showing her name tag, I asked about her name, and she answered it was not my business and started like I'll call you my supervisor, I had no time to wait another 15 minutes, maybe more, to argue with her supervisor about her attitude, so I decided to write a not pleasant review about the service there.Honestly, going through most of the reviews, clearly, the service is missed up in this Pharmaprix branch.

I would give 0 star if it was possible. I called in advance to check if they sell or do streptococcus test and they told they sell at store but I’d have to do the test at home, that was fine. Then I took a bus and came all the way to the store just to hear that I got the wrong information over the phone and in reality they don’t sell neither do the test. Waisted more than 1 hour of my time for nothing. I think customer service should be better prepared to answer the questions of customers over the phone so we avoid wait of time.

This pharmacy is worst pharmacy, so many workers, but no one works, for one simple prescription you need to wait more one hour, this pharmacy is like hospital's emergency room, only wait and look at staff that how they walk and talk to each other. It doesn't deserve even one star.

You call the pharmacy desk wait 5 min with music and they just hang up on you. This store is obviously a disaster if you read all the bad reviews.

This is my family pharmacy, pharmacists are good and knowledgeable people. Sometimes we end up waiting for longer duration but I believe they have too many customers registered. They reduced working hours due to staff issue may be it makes sense to publish that information on Google and other places so that clients won't travel far distance in vain.

Sunday 9 at night traying to speak with pharmacist team no one answers from 20 minutes after 30 years as customer I feel to change pharmacy.

No longer a 24h store/pharmacy due to lack of staff. I've always been to this pharmacy because it was 24h and liked the convenience even if it was a bit further to my home. Not only did the store hours change, the pharmacy hours are shorter than the store's opening hours. Might as well go to the Jean Coutu 2 minutes away from my home instead of going there, at least I'll save some gas.... Plus whenever you want to call the pharmacy, they take forever to answer. We didn't know about the hours change, my boyfriend called the pharmacy yesterday and it just kept ringing with no message at all to let the customers know of the hours change. I'm glad it wasn't for an emergency and he was able to wait. Plus before you could call/request only on the same day to get it ready, then it changed for 24h, now 48h.

August 15th. 2022. Come on !! Update your closure time on your website.It’s not at midnight.
