Ryan from Mr. Rooter was very professional and prompt. He came out late on a Saturday night then came back the next morning to finish the job. Although it wasn't cheap, no plumber is and Ryan gave me the best price he could and I felt it was very fair. Ryan gets the job done and works hard. He kept me up to date with the job and how it was going. Appreciate him.

Basement drains were backing up due to a tree root. Scott was sent out. He was friendly and professional, did a great job and got everything running again. Diagnosed and discussed pricing before work was done. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Ryan Simpson arrived on New Year's Eve day.... Very professional, knowledgeable and knew what he is doing. Located the problem right away, fixed it and there was no more leakage in the pipe from the basement....Highly recommend Ryan to anyone who has plumbing issued at their place!

Our main drain backed up and there was some flooding into our basement. Mr. Rooter had a technician out within an hour. Peter was AMAZING - polite, respectful and professional. Gave us a quote and got right to work. I cannot say enough about how great Peter was. Thanks for saving our day!

We were having issues with a drain in the basement. Peter came out and within minutes determined it originated from the kitchen sink. An hour and 56ft of snake later the pipe was cleaned out and the drain no longer backs up. Awesome work, friendly as always. Will definitely recommend Peter and Mr Rooter to others and use them again in future.
