My only complaint is how slow it is glto get through the drive through. But my order had a couple modifications so I was glad to see all items came 100% correct. Friendly, competent staff.

Not a real sense of urgency on completing our order. There are five drinks and they completed an order for other people in between completing mine first. They were busy but they need some management to focus on one thing at the time. They also only had pictures of food to purchase so I imagine the box in the back was where the “fresh” snacks came from lol.

The window person was very friendly. My drink took a bit longer to make as they had to open items to make it. The person explained it'd be a couple of minutes, which was totally fine. I was happy that it was told to me rather than just waiting without knowing why.

I normally do not leave bad reviews, I love Starbucks, their drinks are amazing, but waiting half an hour in a drive thru for a single coffee is ridiculous guys. I understand it may be busy but it's not called a fast food chain for nothing.

Andrea took our order in the drive thru and sorry but miss gurl IS SLOWW like she lacks maybe some sort of common sense… she’s taken my order many times before too and i’m surprised she still works there she makes everything she does so confusing and i notice it takes so much longer in the drive thru with her than it does with anyone else. today i waited for 10 mins in the drive thru with only 2 other cars in front of me for her to finish everyone’s orders

Drive through was slow although there were only two vehicles ahead of us. And they ran out of one of the items we were after although it was only about lunch time. Otherwise the staff was friendly and food and coffee was good!I would also recommend parking farther away and walking if you have a larger vehicle. Parking lot is tight, awkward and super busy.

Went through the drive through after shopping at Lowes, the drive through took 30min to get to the speaker to order, and another additional 20-25 minutes sitting at the window to get two basic drinks (trenta ice black tea, and a chocolate cream cold brew) the poor 15 year old girl at the window probably had to deal with multiple angry people as everyone’s order was delayed, after 50-55minute wait in the drive through we finally got our drinks with the trenta ice black tea basically being completely filled with ice and next to no liquid in it at all…terrible experience the poor girl did apologize and blamed it on a “huge mobile order” I think management needs to access the competency of the 6 plus workers they have on staff and maybe provide better training.

lots of parking if you’re stopping by just to pick up. easy on and off access to st. albert trail and they’re really fast in the mornings with prepping food and drinks if u order ahead!
