It's all right,but their ice cream is useless. Used to be great, but last 3 times I bought it was sandy and gritty ,will not buy it again here.

I've been going to West Mall variety for years, My building across from them, I love that they are family own business, They have mostly everything I need when I go there by car after work or just 2min walk from my building, Plus just beside them there Tim's and nice pub for beer and pub food.

I attempted to cash in some lottery tickets and the cashier got frustrated because I gave him all 6 of my tickets and the first 2 he scanned weren't a winner. He started giving me attitude that I should only give him the winning tickets and I asked him if he was too busy to check all of the tickets (I was the only customer in the store) and should I go to a different store. He said yes and handed all of my tickets back to me. Needless to say, I also contacted the OLG and made a complaint.
