Love this store! Great selection of previously loved items, the racks were full full of what appeared to be an inclusive range of sizes! Lots of brands to choose from and easy to browse as everything is sorted by clothing type then colour. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I've never brought in my own clothes to consign here but I've shopped many times. Prices can't be beat and I love giving fast fashion a second life.

They wasted my time, I brought in my old clothes, they offered me a pretty generous amount for them, after about 40 minutes of waiting. I go to do the trade in and they say they need photo ID, I was never told this when I brought the clothes in. Maybe tell people that you don’t accept donations from minors before wasting their time.

First time there…how have I not heard of this place? Picked up some amazing pieces for the holidays for myself and my husband. Super clean, new-looking, brand-name items at amazing prices! The retail associate with the blond hair in braids & bangs (sorry I wish I knew her name) was so sweet and walked me through all the awesome features of the shop! Will be back soon. Thank you!

They buy and sell items like this but refuse name brand items or “not in season” items…. Had multiple name brand purses and coats (tag still on coat) that “weren’t in season” but old dirty nikes and “Carleton university” hats are in style??

Always a huge variety of styles! Always trendy stuff too. The staff is always SO nice and helpful. I’ve been a couple of times and the vibes are always so good. I buy and sell from plato’s and they have a great system.

I’m not overly happy with this service. I brought in 3 full bags of clothing, all clothes full of brands that I was told they accept. Out of those entire bags of clothes, they took only 5 items. I asked what was wrong with the other items and their reasoning for not taking anything else was because they were either “older styles” or more “professional clothing” items, which they do not accept. I will agree that, yes there were a few items that were on the professional side of things. But I also had a ton of casual items in there that I was told they were more so looking for. So why weren’t those items taken then? I don’t understand why your company advertises that you accept the big brands, and then when I bring in those items they aren’t accepted. Not pleased with this service… especially out of 3 full bags. I’m also adding in that I had like 6 or 7 flannel shirts. None of them were taken because that “wasn’t what they were looking for”, yet right behind me was a rack FULL of flannel shirts… explain this to me!!

Just went in today and brought a friend along who has never been. What a delight this store and it's employees are! Incredibly well sorted, beautiful clothing, excellent prices, everyone was SO nice! I just want you guys to know, you are doing an amazing job. Thank you. I love returning here :)

They do not adhere to the criteria for selection published on the website. They say they are geared to the teen/youth demographic. However,the items currently available at the store look more like items from my grandmother's closet.Staff are the ones that decide what items to accept and I am not sure they follow the criteria posted on the website, it's whimsical.Liked others I had the similar experience 2 large bags of clothes and they accepted 4 items. Every item in there was either Marciano, Aritizia, Guess, BCBG, Adidas, UnderArmour or Lululemon.
