Update: 2/5 to 3/5. Andrew kindly reached out to me and generously offered a refund for the print run. I appreciate the gesture and he was also open to working with me to ensure a quality print run. Solid customer serviceOriginal:I wouldn't recommend this location based on the fact that they were not willing to provide a sample for a 7 x 3 inch label.I requested the sample as I wanted to confirm the quality of the label and ensure the text was legible once digitally printed as I did not want to pay the full price on a batch of labels that would turn out useless. TPH Pickering refused the request and reluctantly, I paid for the whole run.Upon pickup, my fears were realized as the label text was blurry and overall quality of the print was not to my standards. I did a fair amount of research to try and ensure my vector file I sent over checked all the right boxes (300 DPI, Bleeding Edges, Pantone solid colors, etc.) but alas, it was still subpar. When I asked the representative what can be done to improve the quality the gentlemen replied something along the lines of the text is too small probably". That's it.Fast forward a week later

I am more than satisfied with my experience printing perfect-bound books at TPH Pickering! Erin and Andrew are a pleasure to work with. They responded promptly, gave helpful advice for setting up my files correctly, and I was politely accommodated by them even under a strict deadline. I will certainly continue to go to TPH Pickering for all my printing needs. They will go above and beyond.

I called to do a rush order for business cards and they were so helpful and flexible! They really tried to make it work for me and my cards were ready in a few hours! Customer service was excellent and the quality of their work shows!!! Was a very grateful customer, thank you!!

WOW !!! Just when you think the art of customer service at the retail level is a dinosaur, you call TPH Pickering and Erin picks up. She was happy to listen, immediately provide her email so I could send in my scope of work with a few details. Not too long after I received a call from Erin with some questions. Efficient, knowledgeable and above all helped me research the ideal frame. She went above and beyond to create the perfect image and pointed out the fine details that made the difference between great and excellence! The turnaround time was lightening fast also. I could not have asked for a better experience. My go to store in Durham for all my custom printing needs!

What took me to TPH Pickering were its glowing reviews. My subsequent experience dealing with Erin was every bit true to the reviews! My project was small both in size and cost, but Erin treated it with the same intensity that I did, given it was for a small side hustle that I was starting. Not only was she super responsive throughout the project (so essential for startups), but suggested some creative options and solutions to save me money without compromising on the overall goal of the project. Terrific working with Erin!

I honestly can’t thank The Printing House enough!!!! Was on an extremely tight deadline and they were able to help us no problem !! Erin is such a lovely person, she is warm and inviting and was willing to help no problem.

I'm incredibly impressed with the level of service, professionalism and kindness that TPH Pickering has provided for me regarding my (first) print job. Erin was the person I was corresponding with for most of my project, and she was very patient, understanding, quick and direct concerning my inquiries. She was able to kindly meet my requests as I had some minor technical difficulties during the entire process. The initial prototype I acquired looked great and beautiful in quality; I hardly had to change anything for the rest of the printed books!While Erin was amazing in managing my project, I have to credit Andrew and the kind staff at the location for their friendly service and amiability!
