We just had a birthday party for my daughter turning 11 years old. The place is clean , well organized and safe for kids to play and run by themselves here. I was a lone throwing a party for my daughter with 10 other kids , the party host Tineke was very nice and smooth and handled the kids and time management very well, most important that I noticed she was doing her job with a pretty smile even the kids were very comfortable speaking to her, made my role as a mother during this event easy. I recommend this place if you have a birthday party, the kids had so much fun. The prices were reasonable as well.

We did our daughters 16th Birthday party there and it was well done. Would recommend anyone that wants something fun and fantastic for their child's birthday to do it here. We came had fun and no clean up it was all taken care of.

Great place to celebrate! Clean and well organized. Plenty of space to run around.I would like to see real fruit and veggie options on the menu instead of the artificial products. We did enjoy the pizza!!! Lastly, the staff was amazing! Thank you all for such great experience and patience with our party! You guys rock!!

Our son had his 3rd birthday party here this past weekend and it was an amazing experience. Him and his friends had a blast, the party host was very friendly, helpful and extremely patient especially being around a ton of sugared up screaming kids. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

My wife and I have taken our boys here a few times. Generally we have enjoyed ourself although I have joked with friends that the staff are extra when it comes to following rules. Obviously many of these rules are important but there have been times where they were enforcing an arbitrary rule without thinking. However, this Sunday when we went my 5 year was kicked out of the ball pit because hes not 3. He was gently playing with the younger kids not causing an issue. He left crying and not understanding why he couldnt have fun. I was also kicked off the kids playground without explanation. My sons wanted to enjoy their time with me and again an arbitrary rule quickly stopped the fun. Also a mother was kicked off the same time I was who was with her 2 year old and the mom said how is my child supposed to get around. Anyways I certainly will not give them any money and will tell people to go to places that allow kids and parents to have a good time with normal rules. DO NOT SUPPORT.

We purchased a 20 person birthday party package, I will say everyone enjoyed themselves on the trampolines. The host for our party was very nice she did her job.However, we were all pretty disappointed in the pizza , it was uncooked on top and had somehow a burnt taste to it from the microwave oven they heat them up in. The total for the 2.5 hour birthday party package was around 650$ ... one would assume the tip for the host would be included in that price but no they had asked for that ontop.Would return but not for a birthday again.

Had our daughter's birthday here. The girl who was assigned to our birthday was so nice and made our daughter feel really special. Best birthday our daughter ever had she said. Price is a bit high, but it also provides the convenience of not having to clean up after a birthday party.

My 4yo and 2.5 yo went for the first time for a bday party on a Tues night, and loved every minute of it. They didn't need me to play with them to be entertained. They could climb up a structure and job off it into the air pillows all night. Some kids did get hurt, though. Within 10 min of jumping, another boy in our party (5 yo) had to get ice.Pizza is hot and really tasty, imo. Employees are all young but know what they're doing. Except they need their website updated bc they don't enforce pretty much anything that is on the website. No one wore masks, even the employees, and they didn't keep any of the 6 and under kids in the 6 and under section. Maybe bc there were only 2 bday party groups in there all evening? But there were enough employees over seeing the kids, and they all had walkie talkies in case of incident.They also accommodated the bday party quite well, making announcements on the pa and supplies if we needed something.I can't comment on price (bday bundle, we were all paid for), but I do know bday parties on the weekend are an automatic extra $400 vs. weekday. Washrooms are clean, equipment is clean, I didn't see any garbage in the play area.Arcade is really small, we didn't use it.We were able to bring our own cake, fruit, veggie, and charcuterie trays. But no chips bc they can't confirm its ingredients.Worth a go.
