Went in today to get set up on a new plan. Switched from Bell! The customer service I received from Carr and Miranda was amazing. These girls have A LOT of product knowledge and make you feel comfortable with what you're getting yourself into. I witnessed them help other clients too as I waited and they received the same service. I don't usually write reviews but this kind of service deserve one ! Thanks ladies:)

I had gone to the kiosk to upgrade my phone and this gentleman was so humble and polite. He gave me all the options and also reduced my monthly bill. I was extremely happy. He also helped me transfer the data and he is a good conversation holder. Haha..

Amazing service!Gurleen and Simran are so hospitable. They always help me with my bill payments and other issues I've ever had with my phone.They gave me great offers and helped me add another line as well.Most recommended fido store.

I came by the store a couple days ago to learn more about the new plans that Fido was offering and am very, very impressed with the level of customer service I received! Carri was extremely knowledgeable about the plans and products being offered and answered all of the questions I had with regards to switching over from Rogers. She was very polite (impressive as there were many people there who were demanding her attention) as well as extremely efficient. Thank you so much for your help and for my new phone!!

I was look for a plan for my daughter and we found I plan that we thought was great but the staff member continuously said how slow and terrible the prepaid services were and kept on asking us if we wanted a way more expensive plan and hen we said no, he replied with sorry I can do anything else for you, but when I said we were going to look at other cell phone plan providers he brought up this other network to try and persuade me into paying for a more expensive plan. they are very Unprofessional and would never recommend

I would not hesitate to recommend Kass at the Fido booth - I needed a new phone as mine had ceased to recharge and Kass was most helpful. She found a plan that works for me and made sure all my data was transferred with my remaining battery life. She explained everything clearly and I am very happy with my new phone.

I would rate everything 100 stars if I could. As other customers have said in their reviews this location goes above and beyond providing excellent customer service! I dealt with Simranpreet and she was very knowledgeable and helpful-she made it feel easy to make the switch from another provider. My mom also switched to Fido and both of us felt we received excellent service.
