The wonderful coaches at EWYN guided on my weight loss journey. 60ish pounds later and I’m still maintaining a significant weight loss.I’m truly appreciate all the encouragement and keeping me accountable.

Ewyn has changed my life.

My 12 weeks are up and now my review. I have both positive and negatives.I started this adventure because I needed to lose weight. And I liked the idea of a coach to help me along. Well that didn't transpire. The first three weeks, I was taking the pills as requested, exercising which I do, and eating as per the program. The pills were killing me. I was nauseous all the time, and then started throwing up. I knew then this wasn't for me. Yes, I lost weight fast in those weeks, but being healthy was more important to me. So I told the owner, I can't do this, but I would be like to come in and be coached and weighed once a week. I really do like their idea on how to eat healthy. (that is the positive), But she said no if you don't buy the pills, I can't help. I thought being healthy was the object, but I guess not. So I have been doing this on my own and losing weight slowly, but eating much more healthy. I would definately have liked the coaching, and would possibly have bought their products, ie: whey and bars had she kept me on. But she chose not to. Now Im out a large amount of money, and the coaching was to take me to the near year.It is too bad the company isn't into health as they state. All I can say is lesson learned. Money lost. If you really want to lose weight, the correct way, I do have the book which will help.

I love this program because it is real food, and you are never hungry! You learn how to eat all foods so they boost your metabolism and help you build and retain your muscle. It has been the most sustainable program that I’ve come across!

Great comfortable atmosphere. There is always something fun going on in studio!

The program is easy to follow using real food! The coaches are helpful and supportive. Weighing in 3 x a week and sharing a food diary holds me accountable and I love that. Exercise is doable! Love their protein products, BCAAs, and whey protein powder. I’m just over half way through my program and I am hopeful my weight loss goals can be met and be maintained for many years to come!

Well I went for my fasted cardio this morning. I have lost 47 lbs now in 5 months Woot woot. So fast when u walk and feel great thx to this great coaching staff in port elgin. Hats off to ewyn. Life changing experience for my family and I.
