Beyond loving Club Monaco’s quality product, Lisa the Store Manager was delightful to chat with - very welcoming, helpful and informative with a positive and incredibly happy personality! The store itself is extremely organized and tidy. Glad the Mens section is back!!!

Worst experience ever there was a brown girl i entered the store and she said to her co-worker she’s not gonna buy something just looking around and the way she rolled her eyes on me when i looked her.

Tried to order stuff online, the order had no follow up regarding status of shipping after several days, then I had to reach out to the company for information, which they didn't have stating it could be a technical error" with their system. One of my items shows up and the other doesn't

Walked in here with a friend, before I even had a chance to get to the rack a rude employee approached me to tell me they only sell select sizes at this store as she sneered at me. What a toxic environment to shop. Absolutely do not enter this store if you are over a size medium. I encourage people who can fit into their select sizes" to consider shopping with a more inclusive brand."

This evening, my husband and I were at Polo Park to shop for some business casual attire for a business trip I am going on at the end of the month. We stopped at a couple places but weren’t really finding what I was looking for. Then we came across Club Monaco and were greeted warmly by two of your sales people. I suck at remembering names, so does my husband, but I remember hearing the lovely young ginger call the other employee Cody. Both of them were so attentive and they each had such an eye for fashion. I honestly came in emanating a Mia Thermopolis vibe and left feeling like Crown Princess Amelia Mignonette Thermopolis Renaldi. Those two employees are setting the standard for what every single store of yours should be. They should be lavished with quarterly bonuses and yearly salary increases for their patience and kindness. And last but certainly not least, you should choose all of your future season choices based on their opinions because they are oh so right.

I shop at the Club Monoco in Winnipeg once in a while. I'm actually a big fan of their clothing. They have a very modestly sized men's area (and it seems to shrink to an even smaller size every couple of years) compared to other Club Monoco's in the country. While their clothing is expensive, it's often good quality (though not consistent and highly depends on the item), and they can have good sales toward the end of each season. For whatever reason, there is a high staff turnover at this particular location. My experiences with staff has been pretty hit-or-miss (e.g., friendly, kind, honest versus standoffish, rude and unhelpful). Sometimes, staff can be pretentious and uppity because they work at this store which is pretty sad if that's all they really have to live for or where they get their self-worth from. I was shocked when shopping at a Club Monoco in Vancouver a couple of years back because the staff were so incredibly warm, genuine, approachable and they all seemed to like their job so was like... Is this really a Club Monoco? The contrast made this Winnipeg store seem kinda cold and unwelcoming to be honest. But I get it. It's Winnipeg. Not the fashion mecca of Canada ;)

I love Club Monaco, but the staff that work here are just a bunch of pretentious/arrogant hipsters, that judge you by your appearance but won’t hesitate to help customers who they believe have money. They basically stare you down & wait till you leave the store. They should be hiring people who actually have interest in selling and providing service. They definitely also racially profile. I’d rather order online where I don’t have to deal with poor customer service.

I usually shop this brand online because the selections are better. I had to go into the store to try on for a few coats because I was not too sure about my size. The lady worked in the store gave me a weird look and didn’t greet me even though there was no other shoppers in the store. She gave me a dirt look again when I was looking for my size. I felt a really bad vibe because I was not attractive looking and overweight. (Their clothing fits me) She was clearly indicating those factors when she gave me the dirt look. All in all, people shouldn’t be discriminated by their looks when they shop.
