Car wash closed with no indication at pump. Paid for most expensive option only to find out it was closed afterward.Went in to ask for refund and was told they cannot refund.Terrible service.

Took my brand new 2022 Silverado to the Petro Canada car wash - went through after removing roof rack to ensure my truck was within the measurement requirements. Immediately afterward I noticed severe and deep scratches ALL over the entire truck. The attendants stated the car wash was not at fault and were argumentative and unhelpful. Head office indicated I needed to complete a incident report document which was then denied by management. Head office closed my claim after speaking with the store manager saying the car wash wasnt reponsible.DO NOT GO TO PETROCANADA FOR A CAR WASH!
