Usually quiet during the week days and packed on the weekend. The place is clean most of the time. For the low price of 1.25$ (instead of the 1$ announce on the board outside) to wash your clothes it's okay. A lot of machine are often broken tough and it doesn't look like a priority for the landlord to fix them.

A great place to get a load of laundry done for $1.25! Drying your clothes costs $0.25 for 4 minutes, and it's expensive as hell, but air drying clothes not only prevents them from shrinking, but extends their life. I would only be careful washing black clothes though. People still use powdered soap and my clothes have come out all splotchy with soap stains. It's not the worst thing as a bit of water will remove it.

Very expensive for such a service. wash cycles with an additional rinse and a cycle for more soiled laundry are VERY short. are terribly expensive. Dryers don't dry anything. the air in them is cold no matter what temperature you set. this is my first and last time...

Very convenient, Small, Medium & Large Machines. Overall the location is clean. Prices are Good. Free Wifi. And the Owner (Mr Gerry) is always there (a phone call away) if you need anything, he is very helpful.

The price is right, and contrary to a lot of these reviews, I found that the machines work well. But the back of the building is not cared for at all, it is so unclean that it is concerning. Bathroom and stairs to upper floor look like a crackhouse. Only reason my rating is average is because I was impressed with the machines and pricing. But something really needs to be done about the disgusting mess

This Buanderie Royal Plus is small but it is a safe environment to wash and dry your clothes. The washers and the dryers work most of the time.
