The products itself is ok! My exhausted was almost 10 year old when it got fried! However this place has one of the worst customer service I have ever being in touch with! Good luck if you buy something trying to get tech support or questions answered! They are rude, don’t pick up the phone, don’t answer to emails! You’ll be on your own!

The star does not directly reflect the company itself only the pay they're willing to offer for a welder - 17-18$ an hour is a sad and pathetic number to be giving for your workers. You can make 20$ at FedEx or Canada Post, yet a skilled trade makes just as much as a Starbucks worker... Their indeed post says competitive salary"

What is up with all these bad reviews? I had excellent experience here. Rob was informative, helpful and friendly. I ordered a lint trap online from them, but I bought the wrong item. I brought it to the store and they refunded me immediately. I wasn’t sure what item I needed so I went home and took a few photos of my wall and vent, sent it to Rob and he helped me navigate my options through email. This was a huge headache for me on my reno journey so it was much appreciated! I recommend this store and esp Rob.

Terrible customer service. I was first given the run around by employees and asked to call one number, then another, then a third, and when I finally got in touch with someone from the technical support team, they said they would phone back to assist me with the issue and never did. I contacted the third representative on multiple occasions and was still never contacted to resolve the issue.

Poor customer service. I tried to get a hold of their repair guy, Chirayu Patel, to fix my unit’s ERV but failed miserably. I reached out to Chirayu at least 5 times over 1 month, he either didn’t return my texts and calls or promised to call me back but never did. The whole process was very frustrating. I do NOT recommend Reversomatic for anyone who wants to be treated like a customer.

Probably one of the worst online customer service I've ever experienced. I asked a very basic question about one of their products and the person made no effort whatsoever to provide an answer. Laziness at its finest. No thanks... will not deal with this company.
